Same experience as everyone else - can't get hold of them or send the contact form because of an error on their website. Internet is just full of scammers, if Amazon had these batteries I would have ordered from them.

Worldpay has refunded my money, so happy about that.

Ordered from this company 15 days ago.Still not delivered.Phone always engaged and can't email them. Resorted to chargeback to get my money back. Just flush your money rather than trust this company. It'd be quicker.

Ordered few batteries 11 days ago but they are not arrived. Telephone is constantly engaged and webpage does not work for contacting the company either. Is there a way to make these people accountable for their fraudulent business?

Btteries stil not delivered over 2 weeks from ordering...unable to communicate with to get order update as phone number continuously engaged and email via website facility not working....very poor.

Wanted to give zero stars - this company takes money and does not deliver or respond to enquires. Now instructing card company to recover my payment.

Ordered batteries which arrived but we're wrong size (my fault). Eventually after many attempts got an email saying to exchange them as per the 30 days offered. Sent them back to exchange recorded delivery and since then, nothing despite repeated attempts to contact. They owe me £30 or 4 batteries.

Still awaiting a reply from sales or any one within the company. I purchased batteries over £20 in cost and they have turned up went to use the items and only have 6% charge in them; very disappointed and even more disappointed no one has replied from sales that I send an email to. Again to day I have sent my complaint to the contact us on website - will see if any one bothers to reply. If they do I will update this feedback as understand can not always help this - however to not reply and to waste my money is more than frustrating

Phone number always comes up engaged. I ordered two batteries unsure what size would fit in my electric toothbrush. I returned the unrequired size and despite a number of emails and attempts at phoning got no reply or refund.

Got to be the worst commerce site ever. No buy now buttons, so buying is impossible and the phone number might as well be connected to Santa Claus. It just never gets answered or even ring.

As others have said before, I was unable to give zero star rating, but that is what is deserved. Batteries have not been delivered. No response to emails. Telephone is engaged continuously. No response from Batteries Plus. If I had read the reviews first I would never have had any dealings with this company. I feel totally let down and scammed.

Dirty filthy scummy robbers, ordered batteries for my phone over a week ago still nothing supposed to be 48 hours delivery. Tried phoning the thieves but no answer as phone is always engaged. Emails ignored. There are plenty of reputable companies out there please use them. DO NOT TRY TO BUY FROM THIS SCAMMY COMPANY, YOU MAY AS WELL THROW YOUR MONEY DOWN A DRAIN. Will be contacting my bank as this is taking monies fraudulently

Only gave this company 1 star as I cannot leave Zero stars.
Bought batteries which are useless. The old batteries they were bought to replace are much better than the new ones.
Tried calling numerous times but phone continually engaged.
Sent message .... totally ignored.
Absolute chancers.

Oh, if only I'd come here first. Ordered a relatively hard to get battery from these people. They took my money and disappeared. No battery arrived, no response to emails and their phone is permanently engaged. I doubt if I'll ever see the battery or a refund. Lesson learned. But hey, don't let me stop you...it seems some people actually receive their orders. So if you like the excitement of betting against heavy odds then order from them.
EDIT: I HAVE NOW REPORTED THIS COMPANY TO ACTION FRAUD AND BEGUN PROCEEDINGS TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I WOULD URGE EVERYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN ROBBED BY THEM TO DO THE SAME.

Well..what can i say. I have clicked one star rating because i couldent continue without putting at least one star.. But this company does NOT !!!!!! Deserve any stars.. This company is obviously untrustworthy selling inferior goods. If you have received your goods and they fit and work then you are one of the few...i have read the other reviews and it's the same all through as my complaint is. I ordered 7 rechargeable batteries for expensive outdoor lights exactly the same voltage type etc..cost 25.00 The batteries arrived but they don't fit the lights they are far to long I even cut out the spring in the battery compartment in desperation still they didn't fit.. So like many others I tried ringing them,don't waste your time and energy the phone is constantly engaged you won't get through to them I tried for a week multiple times each day... So on the 18th Sept 19 I emailed them also sent pics of the difference in battery size. And surprise surprise I still have no reply from them 11 days later so have tried the online form... Ha!! That doesn't work either, isn't that a surprise!! so now I will contact PayPal and put in a complaint to them anyone useing them also on ebay should do the same these people need to be stopped ripping people off...

Ordered a YD LP053040 cordless phone battery on 22 June 2019, still nothing 3 months later. No answers on the phone, no responses on email. Nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS service, it is a SCAM.

Terrible, phone off the hook, emails are not answered. Still no batteries after 2 weeks.

Ordered an alarm battery for my BLEEPING alarm and it arrived next day in the post. Put it in and it's working again. Thankful for stopping that bleeping noise!

Never arrived and zero response from customer service.
