I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I had to say a big thank you to Mujahid and Hasnain. Mujahid was fantastic throughout the entire mortgage redemption process. As this was my first time redeeming a mortgage, I expected it to be quite difficult, but Mujahid kept me updated at every stage and made the whole experience smooth and stress free.

We never met with annoyance when we called for updates, and getting updates was easy (which is so important when you're going through the stress of making such a large and important purchase). Muhammed was proactive with our case and there were many times we could tell he was working overtime to make sure we met our very tight deadline. He communicated what we needed to do and when, and definitely went above and beyond for us. Obstacles come in the way too, but he always worked to get us through them and we are incredibly grateful for his hardwork, perseverance, dedication and kind manner on the phone.
