I'm sorry to hear that you are unhyappy with your recent experience.
However goods were returned with some damage. A restocking fee was deducted and the balance refunded. This is part of our standard T&Cs with a change of mind in such condition.

Mexen Shower 1500mm screen (Black)
We recently purchased a Mexen Shower door 1500mm in black. The communication from the team at BSI following the placement of our order was very good. They advised of its availability, how long before it could be dispatched and the date and window time of arrival. We'd happily purchase further products from BSI.
