If I could give it 0 I would. Absolute liars who won’t pay out. Cancel withdrawal apparently due to a ‘bug’ and then when asked when it will be completed the so called ‘agents’ all tell you different times and lengths since you made the request.
Can’t respond correctly and appear to use automated replies.

Deposited lots af money and they accept for widrawal just mastercard,they let's you do a deposit with a debit card but when it's about widrawal they make anything to stop you from taking money out, and i don't say that the games don't pay out anything.And if you want to block you account the term is 1 month and after they opened it automatically.They get your phone number from the site and keeps calling to deposit money!

Hi this is another scam site that has been allowed to operate in the uk ruining peoples likes

Absolute scam of an online casino, I'd only wish I read the reviews before I paid them any money. I started of on low deposits, not using any promos or bonuses and only played live casino games ie blackjack and roulette, after losing a sum I ended up winning my original deposit amount back plus a little more which I was happy with. So started the withdrawal process! They really make it difficult and even though I uploaded all the requested docs and id they eventually verified my account, and then said there was an issue with my docs and I would have to start the process again! Needless to stay once they have your money that's it you stand no chance of withdrawal from my experience

Incredibly dangerous site especially for problem gamblers. I promise you now you will not receive any of your winnings. This site is 100% a scam. Also as soon as you sign up you will be spammed everyday with texts, calls and emails that will never stop. They harass you and get past any blocks or attempts to unsubscribe. Also when you try to permanently delete your account they will only block you for 30 days and continuously reopen your account without your permission. There is no option to permanently close your account according to them. They are 100% a SCAM. If i knew how you go about legally getting this site shut down i would do so in a heartbeat to stop them taking advantage of people.

Ok putting money in,terrible getting winnings out,keep making excuses,sent photos of my card apple pay info and photos,debit card photos ect,they say not good enough which is rubbish,they take and don’t like it when you win,absolutely terrible.

They called me dozens of times and when I went to collect £3000+ they told me I had to wager it £210,000 more because of the welcome bonus that id taken 3 deposits before and so I only could "collect" £842 which i never received and after 5 days they said my bank was 'rejecting the payment' which wasn't true and my bank told me they are not a Legitimate company and I still haven't had any money back but I've heard other people have been successful. Fingers crossed

Didn't really understand the rules of bonuses cancelled my bonus and the took 1600 pounds definitely wouldn't game with this company again
