Ordered a thermos flask
Ordered a thermos flask. Was told that it would be 3-5 days, 9 days later I am still waiting. I contacted a very sarcastic customer service who said I would have to continue waiting. This company uses Royal Mail despite knowing full well they are struggling which clearly shows they don't care for customer service. If you want items to arrive, don't bother using this supplier.

Compact pocket flask!
The flask arrived promptly and is exactly what I needed. For the days when you want to carry a warm or cold drink and you are wearing a jacket with good sized pockets this is great. If you want a hot drink then you either wrap the flask in some insulation or purchase a small reusable coffee cup as this flask has no insulation to keep in the heat. For me this is ideal as so many flasks are round, in particular any insulated ones and they make your pocket look all stretched and bulky. This flask sits nicely and flat to the body.
