Customer service has been great and follow-regarding my questions have been most helpful.
These doors are for our front entry to our church and I have done a lot of "leg work" and etc. We have a lock smith lined up to install the doors some time at the end of next week.

You took my order and then advised me…
You took my order and then advised me that you were out of stock at the time and asked if I wanted to wait for shipment or cancel. I opted to wait and product was shipped sooner than expected, all pieces as ordered and in very substantial packaging. Except they were the wrong color. I needed white and I assumed that is how they came. I called the company and spoke to a representative who explained they dont come in white, good answer, I said thanks and guess I will have these powered coated locally. No problem for me, I appreciated the factual info I received from the company.
