My order was placed on 19 November 2023. My order was shipped on 22 November 2023 (2 days delay). I received a request to confirm delivery on 28 November 2023. I waited several days in the hope the parcel might arrive, it did not, so I responded by email on 30 November 2023 advising that I had not received it and the last tracking advice from DHL was that it had arrived in Los Angeles on 27 November 2023, having taken 6 days to move from Phoenix. I requested further updates as my security protector will not allow me to re-enter the DHL site. It is now 10 December 2023 and I have not received a response from BarxBuddy. I am becoming concerned that BarxBuddy is a fake. Please prove me wrong and respond to my request for transparency and assistance.
I have placed orders with another US company after 19 November and received the goods 7 days later. My order with you has taken 21 days so far and still has not arrived.

Somehow within the first 30 hours she had opened the ball and chewed up the inside. I don’t know whether it twisted open or her teeth popped it open. It interested her (2 yr old Goldendoodle at 30 lbs) a few times and then I discovered the barxball corpse.

We have yet to get the package. We responded that we did not get and have received no follow up information.

Amazing how Smokey reacted to Barxbuddy. I touched the button once thru both doors. She immediately stopped barking, turned to look at the door. Much later I want to try it to train her to calm down, not jump up on my kids & grands when they walk in. Don’t want to confuse her.

Took my money and never heard from them again.

I have been charged for a product that I have not received my experience would be better if I did receive the product that I ordered. Does that help?

The fastest delivery ever & product works great!

I could not get the device to even turn on. No lights or anytime hung. What a waste

Product ordered Nov 25. Has not yet arrived.

I ordered and paid for the Barxbuddy, but never received the product. I sent an email to the address provided by Barxbuddy. They have not responded back.

Easy to use, I like the flashlight for walking in the evening.

Didnt recive anything waited and still nothing

Dogs have zero reaction to device. I will be returning it soon

the first time i used barxbuddy my dog freaked out and huddled against me like he was scared. the second time i used it to call him from a distance...which worked, but again he was scared. the third time it was when he was excited to be going to bed and was tired.
he was so freaked out that he wouldn't come to bed and whined all night long.

I got this to help my dog to stop unnecessary barking. It only made it worse!! It doesn't work at all.

We have NEVER received our order! Will you find out what happened to it? Thank you.

Shipping was quick and the Barxbuddy is working great so far with my dog.
