It works awesome!

The delivery was a bit slow, but did have to come from USA. Only received it today, but seems ok good quality and appears to do what it says.

I ordered the product on 12/16 and I didn't receive it until 12/28 . This was supposed to be a x-mas gift. I'm
not sure who is to blame Barxbuddy or the USPS.
Either way it wasn't here for X-mas.

I never received the goods!

Ca you please verify that the goods were sent? I am not sure how else to contact you about this problem?

The writing on the instructions is quite small but the content is very helpful...

When the delivery was delayed and I reached out to the company, they were quick to respond which I really appreciated.

It came on time and is easy to use. There is training required, so I'm still working on that with my dog. Our dog barks whenever my husband and I talk to each other 9so annoying!) and now all I have to do is point it at him, but he does seems a little afraid of it now, so I usually just use the flashlight. there is one dog in our neighborhood he doesn't like, he goes full-on Kujo when he sees it, and I have to hold all 80 pounds back, using a choker collar. This didn't work so well for that, my dog didn't seem to care about anything except for the other dog.

Works great and a great price too

Was very quiet and my grandpup got use to it quickly, making it a painless experience.

The delivery was fine. I do feel that this product was not clearly indicated exactly what it was, as in, once i received it, it's nothing more than strobe lights and a red laser light. While this may work for some dogs, it did not work for mine. I certainly would not have purchased it if I knew it was nothing more than lights.

It is a terribly designed product. This ball screws together. My dog had it unscrewed in 30 seconds exposing the electronics inside. So disappointed!

The ball is already chewed up and destroyed by my 1 yr old golden retriever. I was really hoping it was more durable.

I still have not received the product that is a Christmas give and ordered on 12/9.

Ordered Dec 5th not here yet and won't make it for Christmas

I made a purchase in error not realising it was in US dollars rather than AUS and on request for a refund the company quickly assisted me and didnt have to - as I said it was my error.

I never got it and will ask for a refund.

I ordered one to many items. Emailed to cancel one of the them. They said no problem and canceled the order.

It's nice to get an email checking the product was received. Used the product twice so far and seems to have an effect for sure on my sweet and spicy Bichon.
