Excellent product
Excellent product - a beautifully made pair of trousers; lovely colour and fabric - fully the Neapolitan product I was looking for. Not cheap (by my standards) but well worth every penny. The customer service from Stefano was first rate too, and I like what they are trying to do. I will buy more in due course.

I ordered a mtm trouser and it came wrong. I had to restructure it according to what I wanted and ordered. It’s high quality fabric but the mtm service was terrible.

Thank you Dimosthenis for your kind words. As said through email we apologize for making the trousers 2cm wider on the cuff (20cm instead of 18cm). You can anyway ship them back for a free adjustment accordingly to our "Terms and Conditions". Please note that we make hundreds of "Made to Measure" items with a 5-star rate and sometimes small errors can happen, since any item is manually crafted by artisans.

Dealing with the people at barroco was very pleasant as welcoming. There was an issue with one of the artisans however the barroco staff were prefesional and helpful, they provide a great service with excellent products and philosophy, I will definitely buy from them again.

io vivo in corea e ho comprato 3 abiti di Melillo.
Erano molto economici davvero e pensavo che è un opportunita buonissima.
ma ero curioso anche la misura di giacca e pantaloni.
1 ora fa finalmente provo questi abiti.
ma torace sono poco stretto e pantaloni anche stretto. penso che devo andare ad aggiustare se possibile.
I colori di foto. penso un abito sono davvero diverso con la foto. non so come posso spiegare questo ma non è come vedevo su sito. e diverso una cosa molto importante per asiatici quello che nella foto non c'era bottoni alla manica e pensavo che posso tagliare poco se è lunga ma c'è i bottoni e non può aggiustare questo parte.
ma avete rispondete velocemente e potevo aggiustare bene la tasse in dogana. e poi se posso confermare i dettali di taglia compro nuovo.

The purchase I made ended up being completely custom. I wanted something special but specific as a gift, and so I contacted customer service. They arranged for my order to be exactly what I wanted (I didn't expect they ould actually be able t do it- but they could!).
Andrea from customer service ensured she would personally see to ensuring my order was made how I wanted- and she did! The order arrived this week and it was absolutely perfect!
