In an industry where trust and competence aren't common, I am very happy to have found both in Baron & Cabot.

Despite my numerous questions and reluctance, they were patient and helpful all through the process of purchasing a property through them. Like the quote they usually tell me... they are indeed paracetamol to my headache.

I recently purchased my first properties in the UK and worked with Tom Hepworth from Baron & Cabot throughout the process. The idea of investing overseas can seem complex and overwhelming, but the experience was made much more enjoyable with the help and assistance of an expert. I cannot recommend using Baron & Cabot more to any overseas investors looking to begin their portfolio within the UK market.

I advised a client of mine to buy properties in the UK after speaking extensively with Tom. His knowledge of the UK property market was very detailed and his guidance to my client throughout the process was exceptional. He was very helpful in all the stages of the process and was patient and always proffered solutions when the client experienced challenges. His relationship management skills are highly commendable.

They show you exactly what you need to invest, the cost of the property, and costs involved to acquire the property like stamp duty/ legal fees/ mortgage. This is why we chose Baron & Cabot compared to other companies I’ve spoken with who do not go into this detail. They have properties all over the UK, we looked at London, then Manchester and then settled on Birmingham. James was really helpful and took time to understand what we needed and show us the best properties in that area, before making a decision. I’d recommend giving them your budget and letting them give you the best options.

I was a bit apprehensive about the process, as it was my first buying experience in the UK. However, James Walsh was very efficient in explaining the different options I had depending on my goals. He went into great detail to explain the process and payment plans and I felt very confident buying a property from them. I cannot recommend them highly enough, I don’t usually write reviews but I had to as it was an exceptional experience!

Baron & Cabot have went above and beyond in not only helping me source a safe investment in UK Property, but also educated me as to why the location of my property was best suited to my investment goals. Every part of the process- from sourcing a property, helping get a mortgage and letting me know how I was protected as a buyer - was highly efficient and they held my hand through every step to ensure I was comfortable in my investment. By the end of it, it was as if I knew every step like the back of my hand haha

We’ve had a brilliant experience with Baron and Cabot, particularly Zayn Mahmood. He was able to give us a lot of information on the UK market and was patient with all our questions (and there were many!) as we looked for something that was suited to our needs. He was able to give us an detailed overview of a range of investment opportunities and although we didn’t invest on this occasion we would highly recommend him as we were happy with the overall experience and the level of professionalism Zayn maintained throughout.

In working with Mark Pearson of B&C for more than 2 years this is exactly what I got - someone who was highly committed and with the utmost integrity.

Mark spent many hours with me patiently trying to find the right investment given my specific wish list. In the end I didn't buy a property and my deposit was returned in full. Throughout Mark maintained the same level of professional commitment and ease of working with despite the disappointment of no final sale.
