Tom is very caring member of staff and works with clients when they call him no matter what time of day. If there is an issue Tom is there, his knowledge is superb and he has been many supporting clients for years.

First of all please DO NOT accept service from any of their partners without doing your own research first or better still, find your own representation. These guys postured as an end to end full service firm and handed me over to a Law Firm that collected full payment of legal fees but only handled half of the transaction then abruptly pulled out without any explanation whatsoever. Thankfully I was able to dust up some of my contract law precedent, review the contract with a fine tooth comb and argue my case to get some of my money back. I was doing all this while the representative of Baron & Cabots who I had been dealing with was encouraging me to just leave the payment and move on to another Law Firm and pay AGAIN! Imagine this....where's the human decency/empathy? Does money grow on trees? or is the general assumption that all people who are looking to invest with these guys must not be working hard for their money?

This is news to me, as till today no one has told me this verbally or via email despite my very many requests for clarification or direction on this matter. So no additional fees are required from me going forward...GREAT! Glad this is plainly documented in a public forum for future reference.

We're genuinely sorry to hear that you're frustrated with the situation. We understand that you went back to the solicitors yourself, and we appreciate that you took the initiative to do so, or felt it necessary to do so.
However, this was not necessary as we as a company had the legal fees returned from the solicitors who could not handle the cases and used the money to pay the new solicitors who took over. We did this for every client.
While you are quite vocal about your distrust i'm sure this could be verified directly with the solicitors themselves.
