Great customer service on picking up and dropping off car. We even got a complimentary life to the Airport via their Shuttle Bus. Our MG Sedan was spotless. Would recommend.

Do not let the title of the company turn you off. The name may indicate a low level service company but the reality is the complete opposite, they are very professional.

DIFFERENT OUT COMES
FROM WHAT I WAS TOLD, TO WHAT HAPPEN WAS 2 DIFFERENT THINGS. DUE TOFLIGHT CHANGES I WAS FORCE TO MOVE FORWARD MY FLIGHT TIMES, RETURNING THE CAR EARLY. 1 WHOLE DAY EARLY, I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A REFUND FOR THAT DAY. NOW I AM TOLD THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN, MAYBE A CREDIT COULD HAPPEN? TALKING TO PEOPLE TO HELP WITH THIS POSITION WAS VERY HAED TO FIND. STILL DONT KNOW WHY?

We understand your frustration regarding the changes to your travel plans and the conflicting information you received about your rental cost.
We would like to clarify that changes to airline schedules are unfortunately completely outside of our control. When a vehicle is returned earlier than the contracted date, our standard policy states that we do not issue cash refunds for the unused portion of the hire. Instead, the value of that unused day is kept on file as a credit note, which you can apply toward any future booking with us.
We apologise for any confusion or difficulty you experienced when trying to get a clear answer from our team. We have passed your feedback on to our customer care management to ensure our staff are communicating this policy clearly to our guests.
Your credit note is safe in our system, and when you are ready to book your next trip, please reach out to us directly so we can assist you in applying it.

Very easy to book online. Close to the airport with a great free shuttle. Very good customer service and we were lucky enough to get a brand new car. All in all, a great experience.

Pleasant greeting when we arrived and…
Pleasant greeting when we arrived and offered an upgrade, which we took for an extra $20 a day. Have had upgrades before and they have been at NO extra charge. We were this offered Insurance, although we had already taken insurance with Discovercars. Confused and wanting to be protected, we took the extra insurance. Not happy about that. The upgraded car was worth it for the distance and roads we travelled.

Easy Efficient Service
Easy, efficient service - the shuttle bus arrived within 10 minutes of me calling to say I had arrived. Definitely using Bargain again, and have used them for several trips across Queensland and the Northern Territory.
