Could not get through on the call line…
Could not get through on the call line - it would not recognise the numbers I was pushing on my phone and there was no option just to talk to someone.
Staff at check in were pretty rude (including to other guests) and trying to force people to buy extra insurance even if they already had it.
I would not use them again.

Everything was easy. Shuttle bus to understanding the man that checked us in, great price, nice car. Easy drop off.. such an efficient company. Best we have used up to date.

To far away from airport they should have a bus out of hours to the airport as Ubers want $50 to get under 2kms to the airport I have hired Ubers from Trinity beach for under $40 wake up Bargain Car Tental management do you want return customers

Great service great little car very well priced and the staff were easy with great sense of humour. The only problem we had was we were supposed to have been given a phone number to ring for the shuttle bus but I blame flight centre for this. Not bargain cars
I hire a lot of cars and this company is by far the best value
