Terrible and Nightmare to make Money Withdraw
The actual trading l am enjoying and found it an excellent site to trade on. Found it very helpful and making money but l encountered a big problem trying to make a cash withdraw and finding the people l am dealing with incompetant. I have been requested a withdraw many times in the last 2 weeks everytime it is rejected. Each time Stoyan Lukonov states he can't verify my account.l have sent throu my ID, my Bank Statement to show address and verified my account throu a link many times.
Now l receive questions to answer which l really don't see any reason behind. Am l a South African citizen which can be seen from my ID which they have a copy of. Purpose of trading. What has that got to do with a Withdraw. My Occupational title and Employment. I answered all the Questions, but really what has these 2 questions to do with a withdraw and why was not all the relevant verification details requested when l tried to make the first withdraw over 2 weeks ago. It has bee a nightmare trying to make a Withdraw. Contacted my Success manager Johnathan Friedman says he cant do nothing. Pulling my hair out with just incompetence to say the least. Pulling my hair out and no one helps.

This company is full of liars and corrupt people. They deceived others i was promised excellent investment prospects and a success manager who would guide me through the entire process. They sold me the false illusion that there was a chance to make good returns, even after suffering significant losses by taking advantage of my lack of trading experience. I began by using my profile captured to make it. For me it is really beneficial when you try it, you'll thank me.

Banxso Lies and False Accusations.
I know for a fact that there was and is no odd activity on my Banxso trading account, other than Banzso freezing my account while I had a trade open, without contacting me and waiting until late Friday evening. Just hours before, when the world shuts down for the weekend, I recieve an email from a woman named Lara, claiming to be the head of their legal department, informing me that they are going to terminate my account. Mmmm. I have to ask why? You see, although, In my personal opninion, based on many factors, Banxso are a sophisticated scam. If so, they do not want me as a client because being a client becomes very uncomfortable for them. So shortly after begging me to invest with them, losing my substantial lump of money and the funds belonging to two of my friends, all at just about the same time, they freeze my account. I am told that it is a minor glitch and that a Banxso fund manager would be in touch, SHORTLY. It is Sunday night, my account is still frozen and I am yet to hear from a fund manager. I am sure that the Banxso staff are not being dishonest, that the lawyer is not obtuse and that this is all just a little problem that occured by the smallest of possibilities, right at a time when I have am questioning their activities.
Hi Folks. I see the good Reviews on Banxso but if these are genuine reviews, how is it that I and three people I know would not give Banxso a single star if it was possible. All four of us were assigned at Success Manager named Danial Novak. Three of us lost all our money within days. Two of us lost R100 000 in just days because we were placed onto bad trades. The other person became so frustrated that he decided not to have anything more to do with Banxso, but he had to fight with Banxso to simply withdraw his funds.
Anyone can write a dishonest review so that a company looks good so here are a few facts.
1. Banxso are under investigation.
2. Our Success Manager assigned to make our money grow, managed to lose every cent in a matter of days and then this Daniel Novak took no responsibility and actually told me it was a game. I have it on record. His solution to losing all my money was to tell me to invest another R212 000 with Banxso and another $17500.
3. I contacted Banxso and demanded a meeting with them. Mrs. Steyn, who lost R100 000 in just days after investing and I were at the meeting. We were met by two junior staff who could not answer a basic question. I asked what their margin percentage was and they could not answer. This is basic knowledge. So why does a company send two people into an important meeting when they do not know the basics?
On Friday, around closing time I received a response from Banxso via their head or the legal department. No phone call. The letter is full of lies and false accusations and it blatantly accuses me of losing my own money. The letter states that the account manager's task is to only teach and guide me as an investor and I am told that it is my responsibility to watch my own account. This is not true but as it turns out, I was vigilant and I did keep my eyes on my account. The account manager should be doing this but I was doing his job and I warned him and voiced my concern that my account did not seem in a healthy state. On the day all my money was lost, I contacted him twice and he did nothing. I believe that Banxso do not want clients to make a profit because when I contacted my Account Manager, he insisted that my account was fine. Later that day every cent was gone.
4. There is a margin percentage and with Banxso it is very low at 30%. Be that as it may, it is there to protect 30% of your money. So if the markets go bad, you should only lose 70% of your funds and not 100%. Many trading companies have a 50, 70, 100% margin to protect the investors funds.
5. After my money was gone I decided to start investigating and asking questions and I will not stop. In response, Banxso began a slander campaign against me. Their Mr Novak went as far as trying to portray me as a dangerous person.
5. So after receiving a letter from their legal head which, was a joke as it was riddled with false information, my perfectly fine Banxso trading account was suddenly frozen while I had a trade open. This is not legal. I contacted their support team and was assured that it was a simple little problem and that an account manager world contact me. I waited and as I write this on Sunday, my account is still frozen and I am still waiting. You see, I kept my trading account alive because It makes it impossible for Banxso to ignore me because I am still their client. But I am certain that they are trying to shut my account down so that I am no longer a client and they can just ignore me. But it will simply make the situation worse.
There is far more but I shall deal with that later.

Good evening
I would like to give my view and opinion on my experience with Banxso and will be publishing it on social media as well.
However, if you are prepared to give me credible answers to my concerns, then maybe I would think differently and not consider exposing the operations/activities and the veracity of how Banxso conducts business.
I will invite answers to certain questions in order for me to determine how legitimate Banxso is :
1. In my review I praised my success manager (Vimitris) for his guidance in directing me to grow my investment. He was regularly in contact with me. Now l cannot contact him at all. Why has he disappeared? Every call he made to me was from a different number, please explain? Truecaller indicates that these numbers are from scammers?
2. There was always encouragement to make more profit by depositing more and more funds. This is understandable. The more you invest the more gains can be made. However, there is also the risk of losing more.
3. Why are investors not allowed to withdraw of profits made? I have had multiple withdrawal rejections despite my equity being favourable?
4. Of my more than 200% profit I made on my initial deposit, I could only withdraw my deposit and your guaranteed interest. Please explain?
5. The withdrawal process is manipulative bacause it disallows 'other' for reason to withdraw. This is sceptical and requires explanation?
6. Whilst having a growth or profit and equity that is way in excess of the withdrawal amount, withdrawal is rejected?
7. Why does all profit made disappear as soon as your withdrawal amount is equal to your initial deposit. The Banxso app is deceiving or is it not.?
All of the above concerns and questions (1,3,4,5,6,7) if not adequately answered can only lead me to believe that your activities are illegal/illegitimate and prone to scamming.
I await your prompt and credible response.
