I have lost over R10 000 with of deposits that are not reflecting in my wallet. Just yesterday it was R1500(under review) and R3000(Error). I logged a ticket and this morning it was resolved.... no funds. I even sent screen shots of OZOW showing the successful deposit. This has been happening since Jan 2026.

I will keep writing reviews until they sort out this issue on their platform

Deposits at night always take forever, to reflect. Missed out on a few trades because of it.

The support system I experienced with my documents was 5 star. Response was fast and so helpful. Did not open a trading account yet to trade so this review is just on the support system. Still need to experience the broker regarding the full trading experience and withdrawals etc but otherwise it's a good sign for me.

On the 23rd i withdrew 85usd on JP Markets platform and i was expecting the money to reflect after hours,but the money didnt reflect the follong day either,the urgents keep on saying that they paid the money and the bank us the one delaying the payment knowing exactly that they are lying,because during the day i called the bank and ask them about the transction,the bank said the money doesnt reflect,so they are misleading us.on the 6th of february i withdrew and the money reflected after few hours.contact 0838912241

Absolutely horrible experience with this broker

From the 5th of January until now
The 9th I have had a bunch of problems like 3 different issues but zero have resolved

Firstly it’s their false claims they claim that on their cash back account you will receive 10% of your losses at midnight and they will be credited to your account and you can either withdraw or trade with it but that’s a rotten lie becuz I traded money I lost but now it’s Friday still no cash back they’ve asked me to contact their support in email I’ve done that I’ve sent screenshots of my entire trading history but they said it’s still under investigation even though that lied on their website and claimed that their cash back will be automatically credited to the account once it’s midnight

2.secondly their JPM bucks is next to use less I’ve been trading with them almost on a daily basis for 8 months but only collected 2000 points that’s fine I requested a 150 cash reward which was 1500 points but still nothing I requested on the 7th but today is the 9th and I’ve received nothing

3.thirdly their own customer support agents don’t seem to understand the company’s own terms and conditions they changed the drawdown bonus from max 200 000 in credit to a max of 20 000 but after I made a total deposit oF 6000 and received credit of R1000 they said I’ve reached the maximum but I didn’t even reach half of it

I’ve had a bad experience with them back when they were shut down they gave people an opportunity to withdraw the amounts that were in their wallets I did and they sent an email that it was paid but when I checked my bank account I never received my money and I never changed accounts I see why the FSCA banned these guys false advertising sometimes manipulating prices stay away

If you have any problems you will be told to write to support where u will get a generic automated message and they will take ur issue and throw it in the trash plz for the love of your peace don’t go with this broker go for any other broker not this one

Terrible servcie, they got shutdown , kept peoples money then now say the claims process is closed when you need to request your funds back. I am taking them straight to the Ombudsman.
