I still haven’t received my parcel. The delivery company said they would deliver it yesterday 10.4.26 between 3.30 and 5.30. I waited in then at 8.30 got a m sage saying the wouldn’t be delivering as they hadn’t got time as a backlog of deliveries. Then I had an email saying they would deliver today but I couldn’t wait in because I had made plans. I have offered to pick up from a pick up point and they are saying that I will be on Tuesday. I am hoping they hear from them again to confirm when I can pick up my parcel. I’m not very impressed with the courier service at all.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! if you want to be told your order will be delivered within 2 weeks and then get to 4 weeks and STILL have no update on the order!! I've ordered the Cuddleco Beaumont Dresser & Cot Bed costing £988 on 14th March.... I STILL haven't recieved my order and STILL am none the wiser of where my order is! I have spent a fortune refurbishing the baby's nursery and after weeks of doing so the nursery has now been sat ready for 2 weeks without furniture! I'm constantly chasing customer service and I constantly rwcieve the same response which basically doesn't get me anywhere.... I'm none the wiser... I still don't have a delivery date.... I was told last week via email I'd be contacted by cuddleco by the end of the next working day to arrange delivery (Obviously never happened) .... I got in touch again and I was told she was "on the phone to them as we speak".... 2 days went by.... ZERO response from B&B... I chased again.... I was then told "oh cuddleco are closed for the weekend we will contact them on Monday!" - yeah OK.... another set of lies. I have been given a gesture of goodwill for the delay... which quite frankly isn't cutting it at this point! Is constant lies and mulling the customer over! The order has quite early NEVER been made by B&B through to Cuddleco hence why I'm receiving ZERO response from them nor is there an update!! There has clearly been a complete mess up somewhere that someone isn't telling me! I have every right to go to tradi g standard because I've just about had enough!!! I'm heavily pregnant and this is thay absolute last thing I need! If I do no recieve my order by next week I will be filing a report to get the money back and reporting the business as unsatisfactory! The issue here is the lack of communication and the complete lack of care and transparency! Low staffed.... delays WHATEVER.... just be real with with customer and provide them with a live update! I asked for someone to call me to discuss but that also never happened... they also do not answer their landline. If I have to drive down from preston next week I will be doing! And I won't be leaving until I either have my furniture or the cash in my hand!! I really thought I was getting a good saving as the furniture is £200 more elsewhere but what and idiot I was!! I should have sucked it up and paid the extra elsewhere!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I bought my travel system as an ex-display model and honestly, it looks absolutely brand new.. you’d never know the difference.

From start to finish, the communication has been amazing. I started paying it off early, and they were so accommodating, keeping it in their warehouse until closer to my due date which took a lot of pressure off.

When I finally emailed to arrange delivery, it arrived the very next day, such quick and efficient service!

Overall, I’m beyond impressed and will be recommending them to everyone. Such a smooth, stress-free experience and a brilliant deal too!

Quick delivery good product

Had a little issue with a changing bag I received in my brand new travel system I emailed and received a response within 30 minutes and had a new one 2 days later amazing customer service amazing help and will definitely be using this company again!

It's great that the site have offers and you can save some money, but you will pay for it in the time it takes to arrive and actually get the items!
I received no communication after my orders so followed up after a month. I felt that I was constantly chasing my orders and the communication from the team although friendly, was unprofessional. Please do not call customers "lovely" or sign emails off with an "X".
The items that did arrive finally after about 6 weeks are great- thankfully received them just before we needed them.
I would suggest that estimated delivery times are realistic on the website as it will help a consumer decide whether to purchase or not.

Fantastic range of products. Staff were really welcoming and helpful. Answered lots of questions and helped throughout the whole process. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Perfect couldnt fault anything and super quick delivery

I placed my order on 16/02, with an estimated delivery time of up to two weeks. By 13/03, I had neither received the item nor any communication regarding a delay, so I contacted customer services. I was informed there was a delay and that the item would be back in stock “soon.”

After hearing nothing further, I had to follow up again on 21/03, and only received the item on 24/03.

While I’m very happy with the quality of the product, the lack of proactive communication was disappointing. Having to chase for updates more than once detracted from the overall experience and would make me hesitant to order again in the future.

We have such a fantastic experience here! We’re first time parents looking for a travel system that would suit us and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly! They explained all the different options and how to use everything then let us decide what felt right for us. No pressure, no upselling, just lovely people! We couldn’t recommend them enough. Bonus, it’s also dog friendly!

I am pleased to update my previous poor review. The Nursery furniture has finally arrived which looks great, good quality and easy to assemble.
I understand the problem was with the supplier outside of their control and not directly Bambinos & Beyond.
Shannon has been extremely helpful and generous in resolving the issue and the goodwill gesture for which we are truly grateful.

I’ve bought multiple items from Bambinos & Beyond. Each time I’ve been in to the shop to see items in person, spoken with a team member who has suggested the best recommendations for us based on our needs and tested them round the shop.

We went with the Egg3 for our everyday travel system which we love! It’s so smooth to push, it’s not clunky at all, looks great and it’s super easy to pack up in to the car. It’s really compact and only takes up half of the boot which means still lots of space for shopping or when we go away.

I’ve recently returned to purchase our holiday/travel stroller too. Our needs were light weight, easy to fold, cabin size and suitable from newborn stage. The team suggested 3 options and talked us through the features and reviews of each.
We settled on the ICandy Pip in Sunset which looks amazing! It’s cushioned too which some strollers are lacking!
I had seen a cheaper deal on this elsewhere which I mentioned and B&B price matched the deal for us.

Bambinos & Beyond will always be my go to for my little travel requirements!

The team have been very helpful number of times regarding the products we have purchased from them! Very friendly and professional! And on top of all that , they always have promotions and competitive prices compared to the other shops! I would definitely recommend them!

Not my first purchase from Shanon and the team and won’t be the last. Bought a Lorelli 0-12 yrs car seat in olive green to transport our grandchild around. Great price and the service was amazing ordered over the weekend and was delivered on the following Tuesday to my home address- easy to install but more importantly fit for our adventures with our princess x thank you
