I recently ordered from this fashion store and I’m very happy with my purchase. The quality of the clothing is excellent and looks exactly like the pictures. Shipping was fast and the items were well packaged.

This lot are complete and utter fraudsters. The garments are simply not wearable. Quality and cut were beyond awful. Returned goods over 7 months ago. Still no refund and no response to numerous emails. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered 10 items in october, arrived 4 weeks later from china, cheap polyester fabrics, all inferior quality and tiny sizes, tried to return ALL via fedex at MY cost £55 FOR REFUND £375, and now they not replying to any emails calls to me or fedex - cannot deliver, these are total scammers AVOID AT ALL COSTS . I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO MY VISA CARD CO FOR CHARGEBACK

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered in November 2024. Only saw them in December when the goods hadnt arrived in '12 days'. It’s January 2025 now and still waiting for a refund. Items are sitting in customs in China awaiting a Duty payment, which they obviously wont do as then they will have 'received' the goods and will have to act on them. Never Again!

So the company posted here for me to get in touch, as a way of showing they are listening, which I have done, again. Still nothing.

Bought a shirt. Sizing was bad so requested replacement. They said it would be kinder to the environment if I kept original shirt of £34.99 and would send me second shirt if I paid the £13.98 postage only as it was coming from China. Second shirt didn’t fit, quality was cheap rubbish and poorly made. When asked for refund , they wanted me to return to China and pay £20 postage. I accepted 10% refund back in November. It has taken nearly 30 emails to get any money refunded and now that they have, they gave me 10% off the postage cost of second shirt and not off the original purchase. Very poor. Do not use.

DO.NOT. JUST DON’T. I ordered 2 sweaters, same style, different colors. I received 2 sweaters that don’t look anything like their pictures in the ad. I mean—they are not even close. Sizing is ridiculous, would fit a child.They generously said I can send back to CHINA at my own risk, & on my own dime, but no guarantee of anything. I know what their return policy is but thought since I didn’t receive what I ordered, I might have a chance at a refund. Nope. TOTAL SCAM.

Be aware this company is not based in London and all the products are shipped from China...and the free returns is a scam; as once can only return the products in China at their own cost!!
I ordered two shirts and they were delivered weeks and weeks later. I tried to cancel the order but It was impossible. When I eventually received the shirts,the quality was rubbish. When i contacted them again and I asked them to return the product, they offered me 10% of the order value in order to keep them. Eventually I agreed...but they never returned the money into my PayPal account. Lesson learned....never buy from non trusted companies using paypal

Disappointed with Poor Product Quality and Misleading Seller Practices

Unfortunately, my experience with this purchase is one I would rather forget.

The shirts arrived slightly late, which was not a significant issue. However, upon opening the package, it took less than 30 seconds to realise the quality of the shirts was exceptionally poor. I was so disappointed that I didn't even bother trying on the second and third shirts. Within two minutes of receiving them, I requested a refund.

What added to my frustration was discovering that the seller operates out of China despite the shop being named "Balzoni London," giving the false impression of a local or European presence. This lack of transparency in their operations makes the return process unnecessarily difficult.

The seller initially offered a 10% discount, then increased it to 20% and finally 25% to keep the items. While their gesture might seem considerate, I found it insulting given that I paid £90 for three shirts that appeared to be worth no more than £5–10 each. Adding to my disappointment, the suggestion to take a discount at rates mentioned and to "keep the items and gift them to someone" felt patronising and dismissive of the issues I raised.

The specific "zip design" shirts I purchased were particularly problematic. The material, cut, size, and finish were substandard, and the exposed zip—due to an improperly designed overlap—rendered them unwearable. While I cannot speak to the quality of the seller's other products, this design was an absolute letdown and felt like a scam.

I strongly advise others to steer clear of this seller, especially for these shirts. This has been a thoroughly disappointing experience, and I hope others can avoid this item.

I would give it 0 if there was one!! I have had an issue since August shirts arrived poor quality and sizing ridiculous!! Requested a refund offered 10% declined they kept offering discount up to 50% but I wanted a full refund I asked for an address which was China!! It cost £30 to return… this was in September it arrived at the warehouse destination but they failed to collect it so now it’s lost in the China post system!!! PLEASE STAY from the company.. hard lesson to learn… AVOID AVOID!!!!!

I only give them 1 star as I'm unable to give the 0 that they deserve. Truthfully the worst online purchase experience I have ever had. Order anything at your peril because chances are you will not receive what was advertised. What you will receive is an awful quality cheaply made crap item that you'd be loath to even dress a bonfire guy with, especially as the "genuine leather" but in reality plastic boots i ordered would probably give off lethal fumes if set alight. They will then continually claim to have indeed sent you what you ordered despite photographic evidence to the contrary and hide behind their returns policy in which they insist they will only provide a refund once you have returned the item at your own cost. Oh yeah, to China. I'm loathe to use the word scammers but.........

As others are also sharing, I ordered two shirts and two jumpers from Balzoni London via their Facebook page. They advertise a maximum 12 day delivery. 20 days later the shirt arrived. Their website states the shirt is made of high quality cotton and cease free , regular fit.
The shirts and jumpers that arrived are made of very poor quality material - rubbish feel. Shirts impossible to iron and don't fit XL - chinese person size!
Returns are a minimum £20 cost to the buyer and you have to get it back to China (where it was made) within 14 days or no money back. Refunds are also at the discretion of the seller.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, TOTALLY SCAM - CLOSE THEM DOWN

I ordered shirts from Balzoni London and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The material feels incredibly cheap and uncomfortable, and despite claims of being “wrinkle-free,” that was not the case at all. The zipper design is poorly executed and doesn’t cover enough of the shirt.

When I reached out for a refund, I was offered an insulting 10% refund for a product I would never give to anyone due to its poor quality. Additionally, despite claiming to be a London-based business, they expected me to return the items to China at my own expense, which is against UK consumer policies. They did not offer a prepaid return label as required for long-distance returns.

Overall, the quality of the product and the customer service were unacceptable. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

The shirt that arrived is made of a very poor quality polyester material, full of creases, that looks impossible to iron out , and definitely a skinny fit . Large would fit a 6 stone male!
Returns are a minimum £20 cost to the buyer and you have to get it back to China (where it was made) within 14 days or no money back. Refunds are also at the discretion of the seller.
