**DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME**

I wouldn't even give them one star. They advertise as a boutique London store closing down, but they have been closing down since I placed an order in June 2025. My sandals arrived quickly but terrible quality and not leather, only suitable for the bin.

When i contacted them for a refund they offered half, saying i could keep the item. If you want a full refund you have to pay the shipping cost to China!!! I opted for the half refund and they did send that very quickly.

Shoddy sandals and tiny size 4 shoes. Asked if I could return but told I could reorder in larger size! Order held up at customs- I thought this was an established good quality British company! I was mistaken

Scam. Do not order anything from them.

No wonder this company do not have any reviews on their website. They are amazingly fantastic at being absolute and utter shite. I ordered a bikini that would have fitted at child’s size 4 year old at best, despite labelled Large. No refund details and no refund. Having looked on other reviews, I contacted my bank and requested a charge back, which I have received. So not out of pocket but, I WISH I had seen these reviews. A crap company with crap products . A big SCAM.

I have heard today that I have the refund that I was requesting via my credit card company. I am only out of pocket by about £23 for the cost of returning the stuff to China (only for it to bounce back to me). So I have my money and the three lovely jumpers. I would be embarrassed to give them to a charity shop, so they will have to make do with lining my dogs bed for a while. All other victims, don't give up if you paid by credit card. Mine (Tesco) did require quite a lot of information but they have come good in the end.

For the love of God, I wish I'd read these reviews before buying anything from this fake company. Like many others I was scammed out of several hundred pounds. I sent something to china which was returned. I'm going to see redress via my credit card company. I'm so angry I could die.

Nothing but an International Scam. Ordered some shoes. Shoddy. Poorly made, cheap materials. Sizing not right. Honestly I wouldn’t have paid a pound if I’d seen them unused in a charity shop. I’m in process of reclaiming as fortunately paid by credit card. Avoid at all costs.

This is a misleading and illegal company. There is no Jules, no Josh and definitely no link with London. I feel thoroughly taken in - the discounts on reflection are laughable and there is no 'closing down sale' that has every size and colourway still available like this one does. As soon as I got the shipping note from China - I knew I had been had. The products I ordered arrived after more than 3 weeks and were such poor quality, but with no way to send them back. Not one item had a label detailing fabric content - which is a legal requirement in the UK. Not one item could possibly have been up for sale at the so called 'original' prices - also illegal in the UK. No washing instructions or sizing on the items. Just the cheapest of the cheap. This is a complete rip off - one search on Companies House would have confirmed no UK ownership at all and nothing to do with London. The emails signed'warmly' from Jules are a joke. I can't believe I fell for it - but I did, so be warned and steer very well clear.

Do not buy from this company .
I purchased a pair of boots from them.
The boots were not the same as shown in the picture and they were also not true to a size 8
They advertised to be a UK company but you have to return the goods to China 🇨🇳 at your cost. After at least 10 emails I accepted a 50% refund but I would never use them again

... to the existing advice NOT to use these people. When I ordered in June 2025 the website said it was closing down, but now, in August, there's no sign of this. I am pretty sure it also said Jules&Josh - London, highly misleadingly as it's in China, but now it says Jules&JoshClothing, perhaps to evade previously successful customer complaints about misrepresentation.

Poor quality clothing, and it took over a month to get here, too.

Other reviews on here seem to say that one can get one's money back through the credit card company, but my researches indicate that one must have spent over £100 to do so, and, as I said, I'm not sure the misrepresentation claims will now stand up.

So I just accepted the 30% refund they offered me, rather than pay £30+ to return the items, and have written it off to experience!

I was duped by the "we're a family business in London closing down". I fell hook, line and sinker for this and ordered many items (I think because it came up on FaceBook and I trusted this at the time). I spent £250 and then after placing my order I started to have doubts and revisited the website. On a second, more critical viewing, it was obviously an AI website and was based in China. My bank wouldn't help and the clothes arrived. The clothing was beyond terrible. I contacted Jules&Josh and asked for a returns label. Turns out I have to pay to send it back through Chinese customs and I was just too scared to part with any more money. They suggested a 50% refund which I took because I had no other option. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS WEBSITE LIKE THE PLAGUE. It is called "Smash and Grab Fraud": google this on BBC iPlayer. This article explains exactly what happened to me. Do not, do not buy anything from them - the clothes aren't fit to even be recycled :(...I'm embarrassed to say the least and over £100 out of pocket!

This company is a scam. Do not buy unless you are prepared to receive cheap shoddy over described item. Bought "handmade orthopaedic sandals" reduced from £139.00 to £31.00 and thought they would be great bargain lol. Received a pair of flimsy cheaply made sandals that would have cost a tenner hanging outside a beach shop. Returning them not feasible as paying to return to China and possible cost the same as the sandals!!! Offer of 50% refund and keep them. On principle asked bank to try to get 100% back but paid with debit card so may not. BE WARNED AND AVOID!!!

Jules and Josh London have a very nice website but are clearly evading tax by importing and shipping from China. Firstly this means that delivery of their clothes takes a very long time, secondly the clothes are not good quality and not accurately represented by the photos on the website and thirdly and very importantly returns are either impossible (unlike 30 days free returns represented on the website) or very expensive to the customer. Before ordering anything ask yourself if you will be able/ happy to ship the retun to China at your own expense...?

DO NOT BUY! Bought a bikini which was billed as originally costing over £80. It is total tat.
I also ordered a largem as I am size 14 - it's tiny! That said, even if it fitted I wouldn't wear it. What a scam!!!

I would never use this site again and never recommend. I paid good money for a pair of shoes which were absolutely shocking quality. Someone could have made them in their kitchen. Please do not use this site.

My order eventually made it here from China.
100% polyester. The colours are nothing like the photos. The jumpers are poor quality and shapeless.

I had thought I was supporting a UK business selling off in-store items as it wound down business. Instead I have done my bit to damage the environment by encouraging the fast clothing industry, with a polyester product shipped from China.

I would return the items but I note I would have to pay for shipping to China.

I am very disappointed in yourselves and myself.

I will be passing the items on to a charity shop.

Jules & Josh responded asking for photos of the jumpers. On receipt of those they sent me this message:

Needless to say I told them I would be sticking with Plan A.

I would recommend you read the returns policy very carefully. The name Jules & Josh - London is misleading . They are not a UK based company. Returns have to be sent China at your own cost.
Buyer beware !

This sweater is so comfortable, I don't want to take it off anymore!
