We bought a Nordic tub at Baltresto, it took about a month to get to us in France (went faster than the advertised delivery time).
The support was very helpful with my questions and accommodating. We've been enjoying it for 2 months now in the winter and it's great! Great value for this price point. Would recommend 100%

Bought an outdoor electric sauna for 4 people and a cold plunge pool. We dealt with Oksana who was excellent and helped us throughout the order process. We’re based in Ireland so it was great to deal with Oksana who helped us with all of the arrangements and logistics.

The sauna arrived on two pallets and the plunge pool on another pallet. Everything was perfect with zero damage. The product itself is superb quality and really well made. Assembly took a day for two people and it’s really a game changer.

Highly recommend Baltresto. Thanks Oksana

All happy, recieved barrel sauna in uk and assembled well

The Icon 125 (thermowood) sauna is beautiful, heats up quickly and with a few pair of hands ,is quickly assembled. It fits the family (4pc) and with the panoramic front has a beautiful relaxing view of the garden. If the wood surround for the panoramic front matched the thermo wood ,it would be amazing. We have treated benches with Supi Lattiaoljy oil (parafin oil) and the outside with Osmo oil (natural oils) which gives the thermowood a beautiful rich Pitch pine finish. We have stained the outside surround to match. I initially thought of building an indoor sauna in our garage , but after pricing kiln dried wood ,benches & door I could not build it cheaper (and would have involved lots of labour & time) This sauna is a feature in our garden tucked under the branches of an old baytree. Thanks for everything.

Ordered from Estonia to Spain
Reasonable price and trustful delivery and payment
Everything was very professional

- sehr gute Betreuung
- alle Fragen wurden beantwortet
- sehr schnelle Lieferung
- sehr gute Qualität

We can only thank the team at Baltrest. From ordering to delivery and answering a few questions about operation, we were served to our complete satisfaction. We can only recommend these high-quality products. The only challenge was organising the transfer, unloading and installation of our fully assembled products ourselves. Everyone should make sure this is taken care of in advance.
Thank you very much, we will be back anytime.

Best price and quality!!!
Very good communication about delivery status.

Fast delivery, easy assembly kit, great sauna experience, and good customer service when I had questions. Overall, top quality – this makes private sauna use truly enjoyable. I would choose Baltresto again every time.

This is my second experience with Baltresto and I couldn't recommend them anymore! From sales to customer care they are absolutely amazing. They have top quality products and at the best prices.
First I bought a barrel sauna and now a few years later I've just bought an ice tub.
Highly recommended!
