I ordered a surprise box of helium balloons for my wife’s 60th birthday. Her surprise was a family trip to euro Disney. So the balloons were mini and Mickey heads and a couple of others.
She was delighted when she opened the box and these Disney characters came flying out. I had attached an itinerary of the trip to the bottom of the balloon weights. So she read the ticket and her surprise was revealed. I am writing this review as that was on 23rd May. The balloons are still beautiful. They’re the gift that keeps giving. My wife is so thrilled they’re still floating.
So I thought I’d mention this I’d buy another box of balloons any occasion now. Soo pleased with them. Thank you.

I ordered a 70th birthday balloon for my mother which is still going strong 13 days later!! Trying for the first time and I'm extremely pleased with the service. Great prices and top quality. Delivery on the day requested. Couldn't recommend them more. Thank you again.

Amazing last minute service. I planned on getting my little boy his balloon after work today but he's not well so I had to stay home looked on line yesterday for next day delivery and it did not dissapoint before lunch today the balloon had arrived all ready for tomorrow.

Brilliant service. I went online at 4pm the day before, to find some helium balloons for my daughter who had just mentioned her hope for some for her birthday the next day. By 9am today I had a personalised card and balloons delivered for my daughter's 13th birthday. Really impressed with the service, the ease of ordering and quick turnaround. Great pricing, impressive big box, and the balloons are fully inflated with pretty curled ribbon and nice looking weights, excellent quality.

I will mention this as a DPD issue - the box was badly damaged on arrival. Luckily, the balloons and card were both fine, but the sweets must have dropped out as they're not in there. I fed this back to Balloon Monkey just so they could take it up with DPD - they couldn’t have been nicer, even sending me a discount code which wasn’t necessary but a lovely gesture.

Balloons arrived on time but I did pay for this service. I also paid for 5 fully inflated balloons but only got 4 as one had already deflated.

Update - 2 of the balloons actually deflated before the event but customer service was excellent and I got a refund for the deflated balloons

Needed a number balloon last minute and most places don’t deliver on Sundays (the day I needed it) so I ordered from Balloon Monkey as it said on their website it could be delivered on the Sunday. I’ve not had good experiences with a lot of balloon businesses in the past so I was worried about the quality and that it wouldn’t be delivered on time, I’m glad I ordered now though. The balloon was delivered on the day I needed it and it looked like it had just been made, would highly recommend! I’ll be ordering all of my balloons from here in the future

I was looking for balloons for a birthday and came across Balloon Monkey. To be honest I was blown away, they arrived the next day even when I ordered them at 4pm. I ordered 4 x balloon arrangements. Beautifully done. Excellent quality and I would never buy a balloon from a card store again, I would come back here 10000%! HIGHLY recommend. 5* for service as well!

Absolutely loved the balloon, was delivered on time by DPD and my husband had a lovely surprise on his birthday. However when I returned from work later that day I was disappointed he'd had no sweets as promised but I can see why from the delivery photo DPD left, the box had been damaged and the top was ripped open so I'm assuming the sweets had fallen out, I was just thankful nothing else had been lost! Well done Balloon Monkey on excellent service, maybe need a word with DPD about their handling care. This is the only thing that makes me nervous about using again.

I ordered a birthday balloon and uploaded a photo on it. When it arrived the HAPPY BIRTHDAY writing covered near 70% of the recipient's face. Chloe was really kind: the mistake was mine, but she used another balloon model, re-uploaded the photo and resent a new balloon, making my ill daughter so happy. Great service and will return! Thanks again Chloe! ps: maybe the HAPPY BIRTHDAY wording should be moveable...

My daughter loves balloons for her birthday so I wanted to make her 18th a little more special. I chose the photo upload & put her face on a balloon! The ordering process was easy. I was able to choose a delivery date on which it arrived with no issues. A lovely surprise for my daughter & well over a week later it is still inflated & floating! Will definitely use again!

Bought a 5ft robot balloon delivered for a friend at work. I was a little apprehensive for the reveal as a first time purchaser. Ordering was seamless, I paid for a dedicated day before 1pm delivery. I received an email in the morning as advised with a estimate time and delivery was about spot on (9.55am) the box was lovely, birthday themed and the balloon perfect as described! Included lovely touch of confetti and free chocolate and card as offered. It had the desired surprise I had imagined on opening, he is currently bobbing around the office making everyone happy. Thank you so much Balloon Monkey, I will most definitely be ordering again!

A great experience from start to finish. I used Balloon Monkey to send balloons for my Sisters birthday. She lives in the UK and I'm in the US. They were beautiful and arrived right on time. The prices are great and their customer service I'd second to none. Thank you!

I am very disappointed with my balloon. I couldn't give it as a gift because it's embarrassing. birthday was the day the balloon was delivered and there was almost no helium in it. very high price and very low quality

I’ve ordered from Balloon Monkey on other occasions and they’ve lasted amazingly well - we’ve had them fully plump weeks later. So I’m a bit disappointed that the balloons in my most recent order, which were for a 10 year old, deflated within a few days. I know they’re not guaranteed to last longer but having received such good quality ones previously they were a bit of a let down (excuse the pun).

A big thank you to Zoe for saving a birthday! An issue with the courier but Zoe was able to get the courier company to re-attempt delivery again! Absolute fantastic 5* Customer Service, Zoe you are an asset to the company! Thank you so much!

My first purchase. There was a problem with delivery, birthday balloon arrived day after the birthday. BUT, this was not balloonmonkey’s fault, it was DPD’s fault. Chloe from the customer care team dealt with the matter very efficiently and well. I will be back to buy more balloons. Oh, and the balloon when it did arrive was a good quality and well packed!

Absolute rubbish, out of a set of 2 for my sisters 80/th birthday, one balloon (the larger of the set) arrived deflated. Such a disappointment. I immediately tried to get in touch with Balloon Monkey on the telephone only to be advised that they “cannot answer the phone right now” and had to email them. This was 4pm on Friday afternoon (24th Feb). No reply by this morning 27th Feb, so tried ringing again, still same answer. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!!

Well I have to say that I am now impressed in the way that my complaint has been dealt with following my comments above. Apparently my original email has not been received and to cut a long story short, the company has apologised and arranged for a replacement to be sent. So thank you for finally acting so speedily. A great response to sort things out.
