Had a problem with delivery
Had a problem with delivery, said they’d ’missed us’ on two separate visits, although someone was in on both days, they didn’t even attempt to to deliver, the two photos they took, one was blank and the other a picture of a van on a trading estate. I emailed Partyrama three times trying to sort it out, as they, as the sender, had the relevant reference needed to try and sort it out. To date no reply from them, which is very frustrating. Still no parcel, no refund, no apology, nothing!

Bought a helium cannister to fill up 30 helium balloons, it filled up one and then no helium! Very disappointed as bought for my 40th birthday to fill up baloons
