Took delivery of my new mattress on Tuesday. Great value and a efficient service from start to finish. The two guys who delivered it Thomas H and Luke W were extremely polite courteous and professional - Thank you!

Overall great experience. Easy to order and our furniture was delivered in great condition. A few weeks late and no apology made (disappointed that we didn’t even really get any empathy when we chased our late order). Delivered by Gary and Alan who were friendly, polite, considerate of our property and did a terrific job.

Have to commend the delivery drivers T & Kev from the Blaydon depot, could not have done more, more than made up for issues around organising delivery dates.

The delivery team of Craig and Colin from Blaydon were excellent . They rang half an hour before they arrived were great at their job courteous and helpful. Nothing too much trouble and explained what they had done and took all packaging away . Very happy customer

We took delivery of a sofa today from Barker and Stonehouse. The quality of service from the delivery team - Steve and Marian - was excellent, very courteous and polite. One of them called 10 minutes prior to delivery. Upon arrival they assembled the sofa, checked it thoroughly to ensure all as it should be and took away the protective wrapping as they left.

We took delivery of a chair to match our existing settee and chair and once again the quality was excellent. The delivery team of Michael H and Dave A were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble.

I ordered a table which was damaged on arrival (31st March). The table has a 30 degree lean due to the damage therefore the delivery men took it away. I was told they would report the problem and I should hear from the service department that day. I have rang barker and stonehouse most days since then and have been told the service department will contact me but still haven’t (9/04/23).
Barker and Stonehouse were previously a company I thought was reputable but they are obviously living on their laurels and standards have slipped!

Great service from Rachel at the Metro Gateshead store. Very helpful & nothing too much trouble.

First time visiting the store in Newcastle. It was when they had a closing down sale. Everyone was polite and left you to browse, which is so refreshing, and assisted me when I had enquiries which led to multiple purchases.
The next day, I had an enquiry which was immediately dealt with, with no hassle. I was really impressed with the amount of professionalism and how quickly it was resolved.
Items arrived as stated. Regular reminders. Day of delivery, deliveries guys were great. Very professional and was able to move large items into my house without any hassle.

Just bought our sofa, recliner and desk chair from the Guildford store for our first house. Sharon was really helpful, taking us through the different options and was also very patient with us, as this was the first time we have bought furniture! It was a really great experience for us, and we can't wait for all the furniture to be delivered! We will definitely go back for any future purchases!

wandered into the Leeds WF17 store & had a brill experience . Usman Ali gently walked us through our bed & mattress options & as we discussed a few things Usman brought to our attention a couple of end of line / one off sales price items that we should have a look at . We did. They were exactly what we wanted. He sorted the paper work & the delivery was arranged for the following week. Usman was professional, friendly, smiling, approachable & very knowledgeable.
