Purchased luxury mattress at excellent price in sale . Delivery procedure was fine with 2 hour slot given in advance and then 20 min call prior to actual delivery . Delivery men were Matt P and Dan F , polite , more than helpful and efficient .

A truly, deeply appalling service. B&S are great in store and the products are nice, but their logistics and delivery are beyond inept.
They delivered the wrong thing twice, both times without the right legs! Their customer service and warehouse people clearly don't talk to each other.
They don't care at all about damaged goods. They tell you they will call back and they never do. They are a disgrace. Particularly as they position themselves as a premium brand. We will never shop with them again.

We visited Baker and Stonehouse at Guildford twice to check out the sofas and recliners in store. We were able to spend ample amount of time in comfortable air conditioned environment to try out the sofas to make sure that our choice was comfortable for seating at long duration. The sales representatives Kelly and Chiana were excellent in helping us to select and place orders for a Stressless Windsors 2 seaters. Very happy with the shopping experience in store.

We had a delivery of a dining table, 8 chairs, two kitchen counter stools and a rug. We were advised in advance when the items would be delivered which made it very easy. Special thanks to Matt. P and Mehmet who delivered the furniture and assembled the dining table.

Paul and Adam were both incredibly friendly, efficient and helpful. My armchair delivery was an absolute breeze and I am so grateful for their punctual and kind service! They even offered to put it together for me, which I declined but was very generous of them to offer and I really appreciated that too.

We have been waiting on a 10 dining chair order since March 2023. The company has now delivered 5(!) times, each of which order has had problems (damage, wrong chairs). The company's attitude given this situation has been at best surly. Avoid!

Delivery from Colin and Peter from Blaydon - call made before to announce arrival, came on time, very polite and friendly. Very efficient, placed in the lounge and took all of the packaging away. Very happy with the delivery experience

I had a delivery today of 2 sofas and an arm chair. Josh and Pete took good care of the goods particularly as they were navigating a tight point of entry into the room. They were very considerate and helpful.

Took delivery of part of our order on 28/11/23. sofa chair and lamp. The guys from the Middlesbrough warehouse rang to advise they were on their way. Dean and Peter were very pleasant and efficient. Credit to the company. Hope they deliver the outstanding furniture next week.

Took delivery of my new mattress on Tuesday. Great value and a efficient service from start to finish. The two guys who delivered it Thomas H and Luke W were extremely polite courteous and professional - Thank you!

Overall great experience. Easy to order and our furniture was delivered in great condition. A few weeks late and no apology made (disappointed that we didn’t even really get any empathy when we chased our late order). Delivered by Gary and Alan who were friendly, polite, considerate of our property and did a terrific job.
