I'm not a bakey kinda gal
I'm not a bakey kinda gal, it just doesn't bring me happiness. I am, however, a cakey kinda gal, that brings me all the happiness, especially when I don't have to leave my house for it! And this cake is so scrummy! No more stressing about recipes and oven temps here, just amazing cake at an incredible price!

I normally bake my own
I normally bake my own, but it’s so much work, and these are much better than my cooking, and with such quick delivery, I can be the nan who makes the family cakes again.

Hi Michele,
Thank you very much for your feedback on our cake and we are devastated that it was not perfect as we would expect it to be! We have not had any issues with our cakes breaking when cut which leads us to believe that this cake may have been affected more than we had anticipated by the freezer mechanical breakdown. Regardless, we have refunded you in full and sincerely apologise. We are also despatching you a replacement cake at no charge to restore your faith in Bake Me Up. Please share with us your experience with this new cake!
In regards to delay in delivery, we despatched your cake within 8 hours of your order. All the reasonably priced couriers that service your area quote a 2-4 business day delivery window. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this and your order was delivered within 3 business days. We will send the replacement cake via Express Post so that you hopefully get it tomorrow - again at no charge to you.
Regards,
Bake Me Up Team

Super Delicious! Wow Thank you for the amazing compliment Kazz❤ We couldn't be happier to hear our cake was a massive hit!! From memory you purchased a large Chocolate mud!! You simply cannot go wrong! We find that our White Mud tends to be a really big hit with kids too! Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I'm curious and hope you don't mind me asking but what would have made the experience better for you to warrant that fifth star😜 ? We want to provide the best service and product possible so all feedback is welcome, respected and appreciated 💙

Hi Su-Ann ! We really appreciate your compliment about the texture of our mudcakes ^_^ If you think one week is good, ( you ordered during our Warm-me-up clearance sale, so your cakes had a shorter shelf life), typically our mudcakes stay fresh for 4 weeks! ( How? Dairy free and naturally long lasting ingredients were carefully chosen while developing our recipe to prolong their moisture and freshness) Thanks a million for leaving us a review xox
