Great cakes for decorating
Great cakes. Moist and flavourful with an easy to decorate height. The 11” wasn’t quite to size; whereas the 9” was perfect.

Hello Toni, thank you so much for this wonderful feedback and for letting us know one of your cakes was not to size. I am so sorry that your 11" was anything less than perfect. This will not do, and so I will be in touch to arrange a refund and replacement 11" for you. Our unreserved apologies again.

Congratulations to Paul and the team at Bake Me up
For not only a great 5 star product but a great tasting product and
for offering five star customer services not only did they they go above and beyond with their service to my recent enquiry regarding my order the quick response and can help attitude was of the highest quality of service was truly appreciated. With out their high quality product and quick turnaround I wouldn't be able to do what I love at the moment due to a severe injury which highly restricts me. To be able to still instruct my helper using your high quality product helps me keep some form of sanity and use my creativity side has been a great help in such a very trying and stressful 7mths so I can't thank Paul and his team enough for the great service from him and his team.
Keep up the great work truly exceptional service
