I watched this brand for a long time and finally got the nerve to buy.. very glad I did! Hands down the best swimwear I’ve purchased so far. The fit is *chefskiss*! Beautiful quality, feels amazing. I followed the sizing recommendations for the bottoms and wasn’t surprised when they were tough to get on (was prepared for that!) but the fit once on is perfect. And I sized up in the wrap bikini top for extra coverage for the girls. If I bought the two piece I’d probably follow the sizing recommendation. Already saving for my next pair.

Love the feel and quality of my Bridgette swimsuit, love how easy it is to change the look and make it look so sophisticated. Also love that I can pay it off through afterpay, as it is pricey though I feel it’s a high end garment, so definitely worth the money.

Terrible company to deal with, it seems they actually don’t care. Cannot return for a refund even though 30 day returns stated, that’s only for a size change!
The swimsuit looked absolutely horrible on me so I entered into an email war of which they kept stating the same thing, NO REFUNDS. Every email took 2 - 4 days for them to reply. Returned the goods and am still waiting on a credit 4 days later. They are expensive swimsuits and I would never have purchased it if I’d known they would not refund. They don’t give a damn. Would not recommend.

I had a very frustrating experience with this store, and I want to warn others before making a purchase. First, their return policy is a huge disappointment—it’s store credit only, which means you’re stuck with an unwanted item. I had a conversation with their "fit" expert about sizing, but even after following their advice, I wasn't satisfied with the suit. Despite this, they refused to offer a refund and only provided store credit. A pricey mistake.

On top of that, they charge a hidden $8.50 shipping fee—even though they advertise "free shipping." There’s no clear explanation for this charge, which felt very misleading. And when you decide you want to return the items for store credit you have to pay $25 for a DHL return label. All this should be disclosed up front people.

Finally, they make it difficult to post a review. I had to go through Trustpilot to post this review.

Ordered a Baiia bathing suit after seeing several ads on social media. It is beautiful, however I don’t like the fit and don’t find it comfortable. It never occurred to me that an online bathing suit seller wouldn’t allow returns and refunds. They only allow exchanges. However, they don’t have a huge variety of products and since I don’t like the fit of the bathing suit (I tried 2 sizes and both don’t work for my body) a credit does me no use. Just want to make sure people are aware before purchasing. I would never have purchased had a realized I wouldn’t be able to return and get a refund if I didn’t like it. I think this is a horrible policy for a company who only sells online and sells a finicky product that needs to tried on!

Sadly my bikini bottom suffers from an unfortunate seam flaw - a stitching pucker right at the butt 🙈. Company claims this is not a manufacturing flaw and refuse to refund, offering a replacement once unconfirmed restocking occurs - after a month of emailing, summer will be over before I can wear, if they even come thru with the replacement offer. Inspect your suits very carefully, both sides if you decided to go ahead with purchase.

Update: company eventually replaced with unpuckered bottom - took 6 weeks

Beautiful swimsuit!!

Was gifted a wrap swimsuit from this amazing brand, and it’s so flattering! I love the confidence I feel when I wear it…. The quality is evident, and it’s a pleasure to wear.

I purchased a wrap bikini and was quite disappointed. I followed the measurements on the website but found that the bottoms were much too large and loose in the behind area, and I should have sized down. The bikini top was also too large and gaped when I laid down, making it unsuitable for lounging around by the pool or on the beach. Thankfully I was able to return and get a store credit.

Love how versatile the swimsuits are. They are comfortable and love the colours available.
I found i had to downsize from my regular size for the firmer fit.

Purchased during sales time and was impressed with how quickly it was shipped out. I did follow the size guide but I was in such a rush so I didn't miss the sale that I must have measured wrong.
Sadly it didnt fit, however baiia was amazing, I was able to exchange for another size which I was lucky was still in stock after their sale.
I love my new suit. The quality of the material is excellent, thick and sturdy, keeping everything tucked in, and the print is beautiful. I get so many compliments on my swimmers too. Also post partum friendly.

Love my new Gaia bikini - it's so flattering, versatile and chic! I made myself a promise to celebrate my body and purchase a new bikini each year to enhance my style options. The problem is I don't want to wait - I want them all now!!!!
