Square Bunting
I ordered three strings of bunting for a show that we are attending. I ordered square bunting and the quality and is phenomenal. We ordered these on 2nd April and they arrived today, 8th April. An amazingly fast service. Amazing value for money!

The quality of their products is great. Through the years we have ordered hundreds of customized printed playmats and so far we did not have to replace one single product. Furthermore the kindness and swiftness of their service is great, even during the shipment and untill the delivery of the product at our site. Simply amazing!

My beautiful Dalmatiian Marley died and their customer service and very high standards of workmanship ensures he lives on with their super quality printing. Delivery via Royal Mail faultless and the speed teriffic. So many thanks and this order was really important to me.

Required 2 x 15" custom printed laptop bags.
Received 2 X hmm 13" printed laptop bags.
If the company did their research which they obviously didn't, you can't put a laptop with a 15" screen into a bag that would only fit the screen and nothing else IE the keyboard, the panel, the surrounding surfaces etc. The neoprene equivalents and any bigger laptop rucksack case companies you can buy a plain rucksack case, they will state that it'll fit a 15" laptop so order it, put your laptop in and it fits.
So yea bags of love didn't get this right. It's like they ordered X amount of 13", X amount of 15" and X amount of 17" but incorrectly labelled them so pulls them off printed, send out and see who complains. Their customer service response was "Nobody else complained and we sold loads". Ya know how far away I was from calling BS. If you went with customer ignorance, yea you can get the laptop in but it won't zip up. The neoprene guys, you can get your laptop in, the cables in, the mouse in AND IT ZIPS UP.
So the website needs correcting.
Their customer service is sub-standard for
A. They take far too long to rectify....send an email, they reply with an I'm sorry email, then a letter me ask the boss email then they want to argue email then they want a size email. This took them circa 14 days, it took them 8 days to send out the item in the first place. They should have asked as to what the model laptop it was, check the manufacturer website and it'll tell you the type. Anyway this leads to B.
B. After waiting 14 days and still no progression. The company needed a kick up the rear. They obviously want things to go right and the bads just to go away. If you want repeat customers then bags of love need to deal with that complaints quicker. Get it right, get a repeat service. I would have bookmarked the company for as a repeat go to, but I'm sure they'll be a better company not too far away even if the Chinese lot do better or go to America and get better. Their customer service is much better, swift. The company does not like it when you want your money back which is a testament to their attitude of 'we've done it, you got it, put up with it" attitude. If I went to a shop and purchased a wardrobe, I get home and the doors had holes in them then I'd be sending it back and getting a refund. Bags of love is rather a third world company attitude. So their attitude for when requiring a refund was "We're not going to replace your item until you stop requesting a refund"
My response in a nice way equated to "You'll do as you're told."
I didn't put the order in, come to your warehouse, operated your equipment, went home, then complain. I ordered, I trusted the company to do it correctly and they did it incorrectly.
So after giving them a kick in wanting a refund. They recreated the order and it has been sitting in 'Pressing' for a long while. If their customer service was operated correctly, I would have received a replacement laptop bag at least 16 days after the original order placement. In this case, it's four weeks is near enough on the way and going past.
Lastly C,
So the same day I escalated the order, then they sent out the replacement, what irony eh?
The replacement comes in and it looks like they used the same 15" image submitted onto the correct bag meaning there is a border and doesn't fill up to the ends of the bag.
I would say give this company simple orders first, don't bother with chaotic ones because they've not done research.
From a customer service point of view, what they should have done is provided a voucher, asked me to recreate the order on a bigger sized bag, put the image on myself and I'll submit it with the voucher code and that gets me a free bag to my altered specifications. Bearing in mind that I supplied the image so if I have to make the image bigger, it may go blurry therefore I'd rather have the option of finding a better image or resizing the original one. Then I would have limited the likelihood for a second mistake.
Since the receivership of a second not so bad production, a cancellation of the refund case and an email to say what was received. Not even a sorry or another goodwill voucher....ZERO. Mostly a let's do this, drag out rears crying, thank god you don't want anything, bye bye.

Excellent customer service over a concern. Very grateful. The mugs were lovely.I put in two orders, the mug came out beautifully and one canvas print for my friend also came out well. As this was my first order I found the website quite difficult to navigate.

Very competitive price but excellent customer service. They alerted me to possible quality issue (due to my poor original) and were prompt and friendly when I reviewed by order. I had to resize the print which wasn't an issue for the. When the print arrived it was excellent and better than I had hoped.

Have ordered printed fabric from them on 3 occasions, and each time should have been my last.
The first time, a jersey was printed cross grain (!), the second was never given to royal mail, and after many weeks they agreed to reprint it and it arrived very bled.
For the most recent (and final ever) order, I ordered a print test first which looked great. The meterage did not even closely resemble the swatch in terms of colour and has bleeding throughout. The customer service was aware of this as at QC they acknowledged that "part of" my order had a fault and was remade. Instead of 3 metres continous of fabric (which was needed for my garment consumption, i was sent 1m in perfect colours, and 2m with the black bleeding into the other colours resulting in a dingy, dirty looking, unusable fabric.
The customer service gaslight you, ignore your questions, and clearly do not care in the slightest.
Avoid.

Bad after-sale service - bad sizing
I ordered 2 Ladies night sets (size M and L) for Christmas.
The pants that arrived were obviously oversized. They were even too long (at least 10-15 cm) for a tall 185cm men!
Customer service reject the fault on the customer pretending that the size is correct if compared to the chart on their website, which is not accessible when you place an order!. They offer a 15% coupon on the next order, that I will never place of course!
On top of it, the package arrived too late for Christmas as I had to leave before the 23rd, day it arrived.
Never again.
Bad customer service
I ordered 2 face towels and hand towel set and 2 bath towels. On one of the bath towels the hem was the wrong colour, pink instead of white. The design was mostly white with some black and grey details so I don’t know how that mistake was overlooked.
I complained and was shocked to be told that the towel was still functional and that BOL think that the pink hem looks nice. I was offered 15% off my next purchase.
What I would have expected was an apology, the offer of a free return and amendment with 15% off or a full refund of the item. If BOL did that I would have probably left a 4 star review. Instead they had me emailing back and forth expressing my rights as a consumer.
Bol did amend the hem but that’s all.
The towels are thin and do not dry skin adequately as even a cheap towel would.
The bonus is they do dry quicker after use.
The print is of standard.
I would say do not purchase towels from BOL if you want a good functional towel, unless it’s a novelty item or a display piece and be mindful that the customer service is bad as expressed by other customers.
I would say more customer service training is needed.

Poor print quality
Poor print quality, was a return customer and the print quality was absolutely terrible compared to previous purchase. Customer service was even poorer. Wasn't offered a satisfactory resolution; just a 10% refund of which I've never recieved. Or I could have had money off a future product, but to be honest when the service and customer service is so poor i definitely wouldn't be risking that again. Wouldn't waste your money, go somewhere else.
Do Yourself a Big Favour & Avoid!!
My true intention of this review is to prevent anyone wasting their money on truly inferior quality product with Bags of Love.
The subsequent after-sales customer service I received was horrendous! An utter nightmare and it is still continuing.
Firstly, when I highlighted this poor quality photo canvas to Bags of Love (immediately upon delivery receipt 20.12.24), I was offered 10% refund or 10% towards next sale. In my next email, I included various UK customer rights legislation and I was then offered 20%.
Email correspondence have been on- going for up to and including today 17th January 2025 (almost a month since delivery). This issue is still unresolved.
In every email, I have have to keep re-iterating my rights and explaining the situation.
Coincidentally, most email replies from Bags of Love are not signed off, so you have no idea with whom you are dealing with. This is most unprofessional.
I returned the inferior quality product as I was promised I will get my full refund of €136 upon doing so.
I did this on 30.12.24 using the Irish postal service/ An Post. The receipt reference was emailed to Bags of Love. There was no designated returns address provided, therefore I checked the company registrations office for the registered company address and posted it there.
Bags of Love are still being difficult and not at all supportive. They argued that this address is not the returns address. I am still fighting my case. I will never deal with Bags of Love ever again and it is my wish that other potential customers are warned away.
UPDATE - after I posted this review, Bags of Love emailed stating that I could get a full refund once I considered taking down my Trustpilot review. This was blackmail!!!!! ... and they kept emailing me to do so. I got my money back but purposely kept this post up ..in order to warn others as to exactly what type of company you are dealing with!

Appalling Customer Service and Products
Having previously successfully ordered from this company, I am severely dissatisfied and disappointed this time round.
I placed my order on the 13th January after several phone calls and on line chats. The customer service representatives were discourteus and unhelpful.I should have realised that this was a warning of what was to come.
I received an email on the 14th saying that it was being reprinted. To quote 'to ensure its perfect' It arrived on the 17th. The image is off centre and at an angle. It looks terrible and as a display item unusable. It was ordered for a presentation ceremony. I immediately contacted them and was repeatedly told over the course of the next 2 days that they would get back to me in 2 hours. Today, Piral repeatedly said she was going to call me back within 5 minutes. Needless to say that never happened. Finally, at just gone 7pm I called again to be told it wasn't going to be reprinted as it was due to the manufacturing process, that I could have a discount voucher on my next order (as if I would ever use them again) and that it was usable. They are currently refusing a refund on this basis. So I am left in tears having wasted 2 days over this with nothing to present, £55 plus out of pocket and having to face complaining to PayPal, the Managing Director and seeking legal advice. There is no complaints procedure, you can't speak to a manager, the technical team. All this could have been avoided on the Tuesday if they called (as they have done on previous orders) to say it wasn't technically possible and to cancel the order. Plus I can't see how it isn't technically possible given the previous good quality of orders.

Terrible service from Bags of love. Have used this company many times but twice in a row my image has been printed onto the wrong fabric. They provide a sample pack with specific fabrics, but apparently when the rolls change you get a different fabric even if it's not the one you've ordered. The best they offered was a 10% voucher for this error and a massive lack of empathy or care, they tried to convince me that the different roll was in the same fabric when in fact it wasn't and was clearly proved by photographs. The quality of their fabrics is reducing and their service is waste of money and time. Go elsewhere to get your fabric printed!!

"Bags of Love (USA/UK is a part of Contrado Imaging Ltd., so, the same company) were very helpful and patient with me. They went WAY out of their way to make my daughter's blanket look the way that I envisioned it to be. I was very nit-picky, and they worked very hard to make everything, to my requested specs. My Blanket turned out BETTER THAN I COULD HAVE EVER IMAGINED!!! I was SOOO happy with it, that I actually Cried, once we opened and looked at the final product. I couldn't find anything negative to say, even if I tried. I think that they are LITERALLY BY FAR, the VERY BEST COMPANY, that I've EVER worked with, in my Entire Lifetime!!!!! Everything about the product, quality-wise, is FANTASTIC! The colors and images are true to (My) computer screen, with the correct color profile assigned to the file. The thickness from front to back of the "Faux Fur Blanket, prod# 1465, is between, 1/2"-3/4" wide. Everything is super-soft, colorful, well sewn, and they do Tremendous work, that ships in a VERY short turn-around time, from the UK---And, I could NEVER EVER THANK THEM ENOUGH!!!"
My first choice for top quality printing
I try to design a few clothes and accessories, and Bags of Love are now the only company I’d use for printing. It’s absolutely worth paying a little more for the excellent quality, good customer service and quick production. I also like that each step of the process is overseen rather than done automatically, because sometimes it’s difficult to properly line up intricate designs on the online template, so it’s reassuring to know someone is checking there aren’t any mistakes.
Perfect pressie
I was sceptical of how my design, photos would turn out, however 3 days after ordering my blanket arrived. Wow, my blanket to gift my mother in law for Christmas was perfect. Everyone has commented on the quality and how beautiful it is. Thank you!!
