I received these pants today and the material is not “built” for up and down squat workwear. They gather, and I have to keep adjusting myself. When I received them I did all the quality work-out moves that I need in them, and creased them hugely. So don’t know if I can send them back?

I bought some zip side safety boots and took just over a week to arrive. Happy with the quality of the boots but was unfortunately too big and wanted to exchange them for a smaller size. I put in a request and got redirected to the shop app which told me my request has been accepted and to look in my emails for further information. Nearly a week has passed and still no email with a shipping label or instructions. Customer service seems no existent as I’ve emailed and have even tried to contact them on instagram. Very disappointing.

Returned an item and they took a ridiculous amount off even though Id paid for delivery already. Totally unethical business

Very poor customer service and low quality products, do not shop here i repeat do not shop here. They will send you damaged products and will not replace or refund for you. The quality of the safety shoes is horrible.

Bought the waterproof rain defend hoody and the waterproof trousers. THEY ARE NOT WATERPROOF! kneeled in a puddle of water to finish some concrete and instantly felt the water seep through. False advertising and really disappointed

I brought a pair of their safety trainers 2 months ago, these have started to fall apart significantly, I only use these to walk around a warehouse but these have fallen apart to the point they are now unwearable.
I contacted bad workwear customer services to claim off the warranty because surely any “safety shoe” that falls apart after 2 months of purely walking should have some sort of manufacturing defect.
But Rebecca was sure this was due to wear and tear and the claim was denied.
I suppose “Bad” workwear really do live up to their name.

My husband purchased a pair of work pants 30/4. Within 2 months the stitching around the waist band has come loose and exposed the elastic. Put in a warranty claim (they have a 3-month claim window) and was denied. Apparently 2-months and 10 days surpasses their 3-month window. Will be taking this further as this is not acceptable. Avoid this business, their quality is not what it used to be and their customer service is non-existent.

Was honestly dubious because of some reviews, but saw some work shoes that look just like air force trainers, got a pair, and honestly I love them, worn them for 3,13 hour shifts driving a forklift and running around, pretty much just like trainers. I got white for the trainer look, and really am so pleased with them, will definitely be buying again. Colleagues are so jealous lol. 🤣♥️

Brought a pair of work boots. Tried them on seemed all good and comfortable.Wore them for 7 hrs straight and thought they take time to become comfortable. Unfortunately kept wearing them but my right foot gets extremely sore as the metal plate on top of my foots keeps digging into my foot. Took photos and of cause you can’t see the fault, so they have dismissed my claim. No phone call just a silly email saying there is no manufacturing fault that they couldn’t see in the photo. Very poor service. Don’t buy boots from them as they are so uncomfortable.

Received my Bad skinny leg work pants and they are an awesome fit and quality.. I was always an FXD girl but for the price and fit I'm now converted to Bad brand. Defiantly recommend these work pants

Made an order nearly a week ago and still haven’t been packed in a bloody box, let alone dispatched. Awful customer service experience also, I asked for assistance in finding out when it will be sent and they copied and pasted the email they sent to me when I first made the order. Would not recommend to anyone going through these guys, if my order isn’t processed by end of day tomorrow I will be getting a refund and going somewhere else.

I purchased a pair of Bad Flight Side Zip Safety Boots last September, like any other retailer they pressed me to leave a trview immediately. I chose to wait to see how the Boots faired. During in the winter I wear Wellingtons at work due to the type of work I do, so the Boots only had to tolerate dry dusty maybe a little mud but not boot sinking type. Even though these boots cost the best part of £60 and were only used in easy terrain i still only got 15 weeks work out of them. No thanks Bad your economics are the same as your brand BAD

I ordered work boots on the 11th June with a 2-5 day delivery.
It was never going to be 2-5 working days because it took them 2 days to even acknowledge the order.
It's now the 18th and the estimated delivery date is "23rd-24th June".

2-5 working day delivery sounding a lot more like 8-9 working day delivery

Customer service is nonexistent. No number to call just a form to fill out on their website, which they don't reply too - poor.

I really don't know why there is so many people complaining. I have had the same 4 pairs of bad work pants for 3 years, they have barely faded, the haven't ripped. They still have the 3M reflective straps (that look bad ass btw). I also have the pair without reflection and they are so comfy & great for office kit. The timberland style boot are exactly the comfort of the timberland, unsure of durability as of yet however, they look as though they are made the same as Tim's. They look great, and they feel as Tim's do, once worn in I will expect they will still be just as Tim's. Lol. I haven't had a bad experience maybe I just picked the right products for me, who knows. I don't recommend it. I placed an order 3.5 weeks ago and I still haven't received the package.

I ordered trousers in my usual size they arrived and I tried them on , they were nowhere near big enough, so I sent them back and only got a partial refund. Sizing is way out , all my other work trousers are 34 and if anything slightly big which is good for my type of work

Great service, great product and very comfortable could not be happier. Shorts, long pants , socks and safety glasses

I have bought my tradie son two work pants. He has used them for three weeks and they are covered in holes. Bad quality for the price.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Bad Workwear. I bought a pair of pants and after just three days of light use, the fabric ripped unexpectedly. When I contacted them about it, I was told there was nothing they could do — no exchange, no refund, nothing.

What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve been a loyal customer — I’ve bought boots and other items from them before and even recommended the brand to several friends. I expected much better customer service, especially considering how quickly the pants failed.

Unfortunately, this experience really changed the way I see the brand. I hope they reconsider how they handle genuine quality issues like this in the future.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought 2 Pairs of BAD SAVIOUR MENS PAMTS and both pairs within 8 weeks had gotten a whole in the same spot on each pair. I work in retail, and these pants should last a long time and especially for the cost. I contacted BAD WORKWEAR and they sent me 1 new pair and they lasted about 4 weeks and same hole and they wouldn’t rectify the issue with the other two pairs. Faulty products that aren’t cheap and poor customer service to go with it. STEER CLEAR!
