Ordered new office chair, best price I could find on the web. 3 day delivery, received courtesy call the day before delivery - delivered as promised on day 3 by very polite delivery man.

Good communication, quick delivery and a lovely chair

Fast delivery and great customer support. I didn't install the chair correctly and called them for help. They assured me it was a common mistake and then quickly sent me a video to show me how to undo my error and redo again!

Prompt delivery as scheduled. Well packaged and easy to assemble. Very comfortable with good back support. Only gripe was it was said to come ready assembled but it came in two bits and the instructions said three which caused a mild temporary panic.

Back2 International sells quality desk chairs & desks that provide sufficient adjustments for good posture & comfort for long-term use. There are discounts on some of their items. I recently bought a HAG desk chair at a 40% discount which made it affordable for me. The chair was dispatched promptly on a date I requested. I'm very pleased with this product which is guaranteed for 10 years!

Had an issue with my Herman Miller Sayl chair after assembling. Contacted customer service and had a response within a few hours. I was offered an additional part to fit myself, or if I could wait a few days until one of their drivers was in my area, a replacement chair, no questions asked. Opted for the replacement chair. Very easy transaction with the friendly Back2 employee who hand delivered the new chair, which was already assembled. Excellent customer service from Scott Cheal, who really made this process as easy as could be. Very impressed. Wouldn't hesitate to order from Back2 again in the future.

The ordering and delivery processes went smoothly and efficiently. The desk and the chair were delivered in three days fully assembled and the delivery personnel adjusted the desk to the kid’s height. So, highly recommend the company

I had been trying to get a Herman Miller Mirra 2 for about a month, but I was having an issue finding a company that would ship from Mainland UK to Northern Ireland.

A lot of the companies had outdated websites allowing the option to ship to Northern Ireland, for me then to receive an email days later stating the order could not be delivered due to new restrictions and was cancelled, then my money would be tied up in the refund process.

This was getting very frustrating, when I found Back2 I thought I'd phone ahead this time and confirm on the phone if this could be done and if not I'd just have to find an alternative. I believe I spoke to someone called Matt? (Apologies if that's wrong) I told him the issues I'd had with other companies but he confirmed he could deliver for a very small fee of £40 (other companies had charged me up to £200 for delivery). I was curious how his company could do this but others couldn't, and the solution was ridiculously simple; they took the base off. Other companies shipped it fully assembled which made it too big for the new restrictions, I was even more surprised that Herman Miller themselves did not do this to allow for delivery outside Mainland UK.

I placed the order on Friday morning and received it on Wednesday morning, I was very impressed with this as it was within the same timeframe that they give for areas within 25 miles of their London warehouse.

Overall it was an excellent experience and it highly recommend them to anyone.
