They false advertise that they are canadas number 1 baby supplier when in fact they are a Chinese company that falsely leads you to believe you are buying local products when in fact they are cheap copies. I waited an entire month to receive two baby gifts and it has been impossible to return them on their site. I will be contacting visa to get my money back. They are a scam and should be closed down

Read and listen to 99% of the reviews on this site!! How has this HORRIBLE company been allowed to continue to exist? After many emails and literally NO chance on getting my $160 back, I used the "store credit" knowing it is my ONLY chance of getting anything for my money....and knowing that the chance is VERY low.

The items are defective but they said only in-store credits are available. But then, they stopped replying to my email and disappeared.

SCAM!! Do not order from this website!! They claim not to be able to refund products but only offer store credits which is AGAINST EUROPEAN LAW! (Refunds must be provided within a 14 day cooling off period). Also, the products are cheaply made and sold at a huge margin. This is a scam company with awful customer service. I’ve been waiting for a response for weeks! I really regret ordering from there and would warn anyone to NOT order here but find an alternative website.

Extremely poor customer service. We were told that the order would be delivered within 5 working days, it arrived after a month.

Thought this was Australian store - it's not. Order took weeks to arrive. Satchel was opened when arrived, packaging looked bent and a couple of years old

I ordered a Baby Wedge Pillow (order #32741) and tried to return it within the legal period. Instead of following UK consumer law and refunding me, they refused to give my money back and insisted on “store credit only”, which is illegal. After several emails, they stopped replying completely.

This company ignores customers, refuses legal refunds, and does not answer emails. They are deliberately avoiding responsibility. Do not trust them – they take your money and disappear.

If I could give a minus… This company appears to be a scam. Order never arrived after 2 months. They delete comments on their Instagram profile and via email, they just keep telling me to wait for the order. Do not order from this website.

EVERYTHING OFF THIS SITE IS OFF SHIEN/TEMU& Amazon! If you put the images into google search it will show you! Some of the item they done 5 times the price it’s ridiculous!! Scam!

If I could give a zero I would. Placed an order in May, there was some sort of an exception and product was sent back to warehouse. Have requested a refund for my almost $300 order and get nothing but a run around through emails.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Ordered something and said it would be here in 4-10 business days. 6 weeks later still no delivery. Asked them multiple times to issue me a refund and got tons of excuses. "Can't cancel as its already been shipped. Please wait until delivery to request a refund". Wasn't asking thay at all. Not answering my questions and being very condescending and treating me like I'm stupid. Highly avoid ordering anything from these.

Update: Same automated email reply this morning. And also told I've received a new tracking number for a new item shipped. But they forwarded the original email.

A scam company - no reply! Have ordered products no refund no delivery - avoid at all costs!! And report this scam company!!

Totally disappointed and will ask to refund my money back , it’s been more than 3 weeks since I placed an order didn’t receive it yet , it’s a scam company I’m so disappointed , regret why didn’t read reviews before placing and order

If I could give zero stars I would! This company is stealing hardworking people’s money! This is a SCAM! It’s been five weeks and we haven’t received the walker! They claim it’s in transit but there has been no update on the tracking number we have and replies from customer service are automated and don’t actually address concerns. They are FAKE and we will be reporting this to police as based on reviews they are continuing to steal from innocent people. Disgusting!

If there is any positive feedback for this company, trust me it’s a fake one! I am order number 31079 and it’s been more than a month I placed the order. Never received my product nor the refund. Every time i contacted the customer care, they gave me same reply that it will take 8-10 business days without even checking my order that its been way more than that. SCAM!! DONT ORDER FROM THEM. THIS IS A TRAP!

I ordered an item in April and it is now July. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I keep getting a tracking number that leads me no where. The replied are always a copy paste that I don’t think they actually read. I have asked for a refund as the baby is walking at this point. NEVER again. Such a waste of money and no answers!

Scammers! Do not buy from this business. I spend over $200 cad and i never recieved my item. I have emailed them multiple times and get the same generic reply about how my order is on it's way. Their policies listed on their website are lies.

Ordered a baby rucksack from my friends shower list on 12th June, not realising it would be shipped from abroad, then I read the trust pilot reviews and thought, oh no, I might lose my money entirely. Anyhow...I received a notification on 13th to say it had been shipped with a tracking number. I did check it daily for movement and it did make it's way through ports and customs, eventually arriving today. The rucksack is exactly as ordered and a perfect gift for my friend. I'm really happy with the product and wanted to share that here after reading so many negative reviews. It's not 5 stars as I didn't realise at the time of order that it would take as long as it did to get here, although still less than 2 weeks.

Absolutely awful experience. AVOID! I bought a clay footprint set for a newborn. First of all the parcel took so much longer to arrive than expected. When the parcel arrived, I opened the box to check the items as it was for a gift. When I opened it, the paint brushes were completely bent, the paint itself was open and half dried and the frame itself had plastic as opposed to glass. The quality was absolutely awful.

When I requested a refund, I was forced into store credit. There is no option for a full refund, which is against consumer rights. Following this, they were looking to deduct €4-5 from the amount being returned, but didn't explain why. They wanted me to keep the item so I have no idea what the charge was for.

I tried contacting customer service to explain the issue with the refund and they just sent me back a generic returns link again. I told them I wasn't happy with this and they have ghosted me ever since.

DO NOT buy from this company. It is a complete scam. They state they are the best Irish baby supplier & are based in China. Never ordering from here again. It's not worth it.
