THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!
Ordered a baby belt a little early, February 2oth and (March 21st) still have not received it. They will not get back to my emails for refund or answer when I will receive my product. Looks and sounds like a great store, so props for charisma.

Beware of this site. I placed an order on 28th of February and they don’t respond to my emails.

I wanted to get a tiny pair of converse shoes as a pregnancy announcement to family, it still hasn’t arrived or even shipped.

Their claims of 2 week delivery is false on their website and I should read reviews before ordering.

Stay away if you want a fast delivery. Thought they were Aussie based and would deliver in a few days like other Australian businesses.

Their lack of customer service is astounding and they don’t respond to emails requesting refund for not sending it in time.

It’s been a month since I ordered almost.

Exit: received it on 30/03 and realised it’s cheaply made from China, even though Aussie company.

BEWARE a SCAM NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE. When I continued to cart to assess cost,taxes, shipping- THE site put my cart through as purchase without chance to review/confirm and did not prompt for billing info (used what was on file)! No other legit website does this. I immediately tried to contact customer service to modify/cancel order. I emailed( only way to contact) at least 4 times on separate days! STILL NO RESPONSE other than " thank you for your order" . DO NOT even browse on this site if you want any form of customer support. I have not heard back, I have not received any merchandise and can imagine I wont be able to return any of it - SCAM

I ordered two silicone bottles from Baby Bubble Store on Feb 4, 2025, advertised as Comotomo. Instead, they sent me cheap knock-offs shipped directly from China. I contacted them immediately for a return, but they never responded. Terrible customer service and false advertising. Avoid this scammy store at all costs!

Some ppl are lucky to have received their shipments.

I ordered on 20feb, it showed on 22feb that they are packing my order.
And thats it....
I emailed with no response..

Obviously they took the money and thats about it
It's been more than two weeks with no status changes and no update..

I ordered 4 Comotomo bottle and what arrived were fake silicone versions from China. Cost me over £50, have requested refunds but heard nothing back, sent emails and messaged their Instagram page and not heard anything from those. Scam website!

This is a scam!!!!
Don't go near them!!! Present themselves as Australian, clearly not!
Doubled my order, told me refund would be in my account 3-5 days, never received.
Product took four weeks to arrive, no packaging, no instructions, just wrapped in bubble wrap!
Emailed them again, never received a response!

Delivery got delayed for additional 3 weeks. The quality of the product is below average compared to price. Slow response from customer service. Took them 5 days to reply to my email. Not recommended.

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. You will never get your product and there is no address or contact number.
The 24/7 customer service does not exist and you will never get a reply. The positive reviews are NOT REAL. You do not have the permission to write real reviews on their website and there is no option to review the store on Google. The company is registered under someone named Danila Mega. Not sure if the scammer is using this name or this is the person carrying out the scam out of Australia.

Do not order from this store ! The item I ordered was not as pictured & I processed the return with them but no refund was ever given . I emailed numerous times and there has never been any response . Horrible customer service ! Avoid at all costs !

Total scam. Ordered 2 x Como Tomo baby bottles that are difficult to obtain in UK. What they sent me were two cheap knock-offs from some warehouse in China that took weeks to arrive. Totally misrepresented what was advertised on the website. Attempting to claim a refund but request is still pending 'review' and not hopeful. Company should be shut down. Avoid avoid avoid.

Don’t order from this store. They don’t deliver

Ordered a baby walker last November still not delivered. When I first sent a message about an update on order I was told they were working in resending it. This was back in earl January. After a few weeks and still no delivery I tried contacting them again and no response. It's a scam company do not order from them.

One star is very generous for this fraudulent scam artist company. Worst online shopping experience of my life. Been 10 weeks since I placed my order and currently waiting for PayPal to review my escalatd claime to get my money back. After 5 weeks since the order was placed there hadn't been any shipping updates in 2 weeks, after multiple emails the shipping information finally updated, but they also removed some of fhe prior information. The updated info said is cleared Canadian customs January 9th, then for some reason had a second customs clearance which was flagged "exception" and delayed 2 days later. The last reply I got from them was 2 weeks ago stating that they are sorry for the failed delivery and they have the package back in their possession, even though tracking info still to this day says it's in Canada delayed at customs. They haven't replied since or issued a refund. Horrible company with appalling customer service, 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend!

Terrible company, Terrible Experience PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!. Order 3 items for my baby on December for my trip in January the original cost was 100$ and some change the items delayed I was checking every time because I was going away on January 16 . And from no nowhere the items from being in transit got delivered but actually never got delivered. And when I contacted the company they told me to wait bc might come later from January 16 to this day no items ,no refund no response to my email. Scammer dot wast your money they do not deserve it there is lots of companies tha sell better products and are loyal to customers.

This website is a scam. The product I bought (baby breathing Koala bear) did not work and the teddy quality is quite poor. The 8 to 14 days promised delivery time ended up over a month for me and they sent misleading information meanwhile saying its on its way then a week later they say its being prepared for shipment. They refused to provide a return label and counting the return period from the purchase date. They ignore my emails on Contact Us on their website. A full scam.

This is terrible store. Never buy from this. I order a few toys and newborn pillow in early November and arrived only in late December. Toy missing parts, pillow and foot print carbon were outgrown already. I complaint about the missing part and asking to deliver it but did not so I just initiated refund in early January (was not able to do this earlier because return button is not working, they have to fix it). Until now (Feb) the return has not yet been processed. And they are not responding. They don’t have telephone number so you can only email. So they can easily ignore you.

I got the item in 3 weeks, it was as a bad copy of what I seen on the picture. I was very disappointed and wanted to return. But i was suggested only green return, what means "keep your item and get partial refund". Ok, no choise. I was promissed to get refund during 7 days....now 20 days passed, no refund, no responds to my email...

Item I purchased only worked for 2 months. When I contacted them they just explained their return policy of 14 days after receiving an item. I explained the item was faulty as it didn’t work for long. They just ignored my e-mails after that .

I ordered a Christmas gift for my grand daughter that never arrived although baby bubble store says it was delivered. Their customer service appears to be a standard response I’ve gotten it twice out of the 3 times I contacted them. Terrible customer service!!! There are plenty of better options out there to shop at.
