Booked in with these guys yesterday for my insulated roughcasting system (EWI). Was quite impressed with the way they explained everything ( ticked all my boxes ) They are even dealing with my building warrant and all the legal stuff, and my finance payments don't even start until the entire process and job has been installed and signed off. Thumbs up from me so far; will update when the job is completed.

Rough casting and Aluminium Coping
Communication cost time schedule and quality of work eventually quite impressive, with a special mention to Aaron Lyndsey surveyor Stephen(Steven?) and Jonny (can't remember if subcontracted). There's others in the background so best wishes to them too.

⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Just had my rough casting done by B-Spoke and we are delighted with everything from start to finish. The work men were great and cleaned up after themselves every day and done a full clean up when the job was complete, the work only took 3 days and looks amazing, it looks like a different house!! Can’t thank B-Spoke enough and will definitely be a returning customer if we ever need work done in the future.

Kind and professional
I was a bit nervous getting my roof done as I've lived in this house for a while and I've never had to do this before but an agent had come to my house by the name of David and was very understanding of my situation and helped me understand what it is that would get done. He stayed very professional throughout and although I won't need another roofing job anytime soon id definitely check to see if he was around if I ever needed rough casting done.

Good communication from the start
Good communication from the start . I asked for a quick job as had a hole in the roof . That started the job in the timeframe set out . The roofers themselves were brand new . They accidentally broke a slab in my garden when removing the old roof . They went out of there way to find a slab that matched and replaced it . Would definitely recommend this company

Avoid at all cost
Did a good enough job with rough casting but new gutters were a disaster.3 joins leaked ,supposedly repaired but not the case, infact one wasn't even joined, and that took numerous emails to have them out again, gave up after the second botched attempt at repair. Have had to pay another company to sort them.No plastic to cast adapters were used proper sealant not used either.Company not in the least bit interested once the have your money.

Do not trust
I won't strongly NOT RECOMMEND this company, check out Scotlands Scammers website. Left with badly leaking roof, incomplete work, tiles not secure, leadwork not replaced, no joy in getting them to fix, instead tried to sellme additional work. The former business name is Lomond Roofing, when tried to take to court they changed business address to storage facility which resulted in being unable to serve court papers. Spend a further 6000 on top of the original 18000 to get roof fixed. No justice for general public.
