Solidoor fitting was great, really happy with the final Product. My only gripe was the lack of communication leading up to the install and trying to get hold of somebody for updates, shame they don’t take Amex either was hoping to clock up some good air miles on such a large order.

Superbly manufactured windows and doors expertly fitted by professional friendly staff. The entire process from choosing, ordering and installation was great. I was informed that there were supply chain issues due to the pandemic and that lead times were long but was regularly updated every step of the way. Everybody was most helpful and I am delighted with my windows and doors. Quality products from a quality company.

We chose Aztec after visiting their premises and seeing first hand their production process. They came out to measure up and confirmed the verbal quote and although there was then some delay due to their heavy workload, the new windows and door were eventually fitted.
The end result is good and the installation was complete without any hitches.
The service was good throughout and the end product looks very good. We are very happy with the outcome.
The only slight criticism I would have is that they chased up payment immediately after the job was complete.

Aztec Windows fitted a new front door a couple of years ago. Outstanding from Gary coming out to quote, to Dave & Ryan our fitters, finally to Michael who popped out for a slight adjustment which took seconds! Quality products & fitters and Excellent Customer Service.

So we had NO hesitation in calling Aztec out again for new double glazing windows and back door. Dave & Ryan were again our fitters who were meticulous, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Cleaning up everything when they finished the job.

Living on a main busy road we constantly heard traffic noise, but now its like we've gone deaf!!!! We hear nothing. The quality of the doors and windows are Amazing especially the finish.

Would 100% recommend Aztec Windows not only for the quality of the product but for excellent Customer Service. Well done guys and thank you so much 😊

Appointments for Estimate and Survey were kept. Competitive price. Date for Installation of Windows and Doors kept, old frames removed and everywhere left clean and tidy. Aztec were recommended to us, they did a first-rate job and we would recommend.

I have used Aztec on a number of occasions over the years.Cant fault them.A very forward thinking company, who keep up with latest product releases, and even develop their own.

Still early days to fully comment on the product quality but since having windows and doors fitted in June we remain very pleased with the finished result. Would be happy to recommend - no pushy sales approach, some good advice / suggestions and professional interactions throughout.
Installation was quick and with less mess than anticipated and the fitters, Dave and Ryan, were very accommodating, respectful and personable.
Thanks to all involved in making this a painless process and vastly improving the look (and hopefully efficiency) of our house!

Early days just fitted new door and window 4 days ago. Both seem good quality. Fitters arrived on time and seem to have done a good job, never stopped while they were here. Would of got five stars but we were given provisional dates and were not contacted when they did not proceed, had to ring up to find out what was going on.

I really cannot fault Aztec windows from any aspect. No hard sell tactics, no pressure selling, just good advice, clear communication and professional behaviour all round. Whatever I asked for was never too much or too difficult for Aztec to deal with. The quality of product and installation has been some of the best that I've ever seen and the fitters, Dave and Ryan, were an absolute credit to the company. Always more than happy to listen to you, help out in anyway they could, kept us informed all the way through the fit process and give great, real world advice for future potential projects. They did get through a lot of biscuits though! The house was very quiet after they left with a noted reduction in laughter. The widows and door that they fitted are better than I could have wished for and the whole house was cleaned up very well after they left.
