Excellent Handling of a large package…
I expressed an interest in a package and was able to provide the ID #. We have a large group so more than the usual paper work and it was all handled efficiently. I was helped by three agents seamlessly and a change to the package was done without a problem. We shall see how the vacation goes but we are expecting only good things :)
