AZE-Tuning hatte mir erst ein falsches Produkt geliefert. Alles kein Problem, passiert selbst anderen Firmen. Ich habe daraufhin also selbst einen Retouren-Antrag gestellt, so wie von AZE beschrieben. Die Retoure wurde nach gut einer Woche storniert - ohne Gründe. Über den Chat niemanden mehr erreicht (Freitag 15 oder 15:30 Uhr ca.). Telefonisch war am Montag der zuständige Mitarbeiter nicht da, dann war er mal krank oder gerade im Gespräch. Es dauerte nochmal gut eine Woche, bis dann endlich die Retoure aufgenommen wurde. Die Kommunikation war sehr zähe und zog sich wie gesagt über Wochen hin. Erst auf mehrmalige Nachfrage wurde mir die Sendungsnummer mitgeteilt und mir ein grobes Datum der Neulieferung gesagt. Es gibt drei Sterne, da dass Paket mit dem korrekten Artikel noch ankam. Bestellen werde ich dort dennoch nicht mehr, das ist mir zuviel Aufwand, wenn etwas mal schief läuft für das ich nichts kann. Unbedingt am Service arbeiten und die Kommunikation verbessern!

Ich habe Stoßdämpfer bestellt, die angeblich auf Lager waren, musste dann fast zwei Monat warten, als die dann geliefert werden sollten, wurde die Bestellung einfach storniert, ohne dass Sie sich dazu geäußert haben.

I bought a suspension kit which arrived after a couple of weeks. I saw that two dampers were different, and sent an email to Aze - no answer. One more, no answer. It took me a loong time to get an answer. Finally Etienne tells me that there is no problem, eventhough I showed Aze pictures of the difference.
I think to my self, what the hell. Now I have been waiting 5 weeks since I ordered, let's get going.
Now the car is lowered. It was supposed to lower 40/25, but the rear is much lower than the front, which I have told Aze, but no answers.

I cannot recommend Aze-tuning to anyone! If people want a good service, buy parts somewhere else. Pay a little more and get your stuff in time - the right stuff! ;-)

First of all almost 3 weeks before my stuff got delivered, so if you are looking for a quick shipping this is not where you would like to buy anything, when I made my order, for some lowering springs and spacers, I ordered springs for a car that was heavier than 1101 kg, the next day I find out that my car only is 1005 and 1020 kg axel load so I send an email to the company and ask if they can change it to the springs for under 1101 kg car, I then get an answer back that everything is fine and the springs I have ordered is okay for my car, so no problem I think, some days later I call the company because I haven’t received any shipping email from them yet, and once again I ask them if they are sure that the springs are going to fit, they say yes again and tells me that it’s going to be shipped in a couple of days, 3-4 day later I call again, then I get the answer that it’s going to be shipped next day and 2 days later they then send it, when I finally receive the stuff I get a mechanic to install the springs and spacers and it says in the description for the spacers that longer bolts will follow the package and there is some bolts but just not long enough so he cannot install the spacers and when he then lowers the car it hasn’t even been lowered anything because of the springs that I was told by the company was going to be the right once’s, aren’t the right springs, so I email the company and tell them the info and the say that they cannot take back the springs because they have been fitted on the car and the spacers they won’t even send the right bolts to me so I have to pay another 80 € for bolts long enough and I now have and car that i have payed around 450 € to get lowered that hasn’t even been lowered because of this company

Habe einen Satz Eibach Tieferlegungsfedern über eBay bestellt. Da nach drei Wochen weder die Federn noch irgendeine Rückinfo erhielt, mal selber angefragt wie es denn ausschaut und erhielt als Antwort das, dass Paket schon seit über zwei Wochen versandfertig sei, man aber vergessen hat wer dies bestellt hat. Da ist man als Kunde erstmal sprachlos. Scheinbar hat man nichtmal versucht nachzuforschen wer das geordert hat, denn ein Blick in eBay hätte euch das sicher sofort verraten. Und dann noch die Dreistigkeit besitzen nachdem ich die Federn endlich mal erhalten und gerechtfertigerweise negativ bewertet habe mich anzurufen und aufzufordern ich solle die Bewertung ändern.
Seit Anfang 2017 steht meine negative Bewertung hier auf Trustpilot und seit November 2019 versucht dieser Händler diese mit allen Mitteln loszuwerden. Anstatt sich direkt von Anfang an mal zu entschuldigen das sie Mist gebaut haben, wird im nachhinein sonstwas veranstaltet um unliebsame Bewertungen loszuwerden.
