My experience with refund in my last purchase was harrowing till Shradha finally came to my rescue and resolved a 2 week or maybe more issue in less that 20 min.
Aza needs ppl like Shradha who understand n get things done faster.
Also Aza needs to update designer collection. I personally feel level is going down. I love Aza otherwise but I have been recently getting late orders etc.

Excellent quality and great service
I had some anxiety about ordering a sherwani for my son's wedding, partly over delivery times and partly over fit (since I ordered by size and not by my own measurements).
But Aza's size guide is excellent and the garment was delivered ahead of schedule--with excellent updates along the way--and it fits wonderfully. (Only the sleeves need to be taken in a little bit.)
I would not hesitate to order from Aza again. ♥️👏
