The most terrible customer service! Placed an order on 1st April (2025) and have since been waiting for it. After 2 weeks I contacted them and I was very rudely told that it was clarified that there might be delays due to Brexit (?!), I've ordered so many times from UK based companies and this was never the case. Anyways I waited another 2 weeks, and contacted them again when my tracking stopped working abruptly, I was told that the parcel was lost and it would be replaced. I have since not been informed of new shipping details and have reached out once again only to be ignore. They do not have customer agents, only chat bots. The order was almost 200 euro, and I have asked for a refund repeatedly and been ignored. It is a pity that there are so many influencers only offering discount codes for such a terrible company, as it makes you believe that it is reliable - but it truly isn't.

Absolute scam. Missing order. 6 weeks later and being ignored on the site, email, Facebook and Instagram. A £123 order missing and they won't refund me even though I have asked multiple times!

I ordered a haul on the 24th on March it was dispatched on the 28th March after having no updated I presumed it was lost spoke to my evri delivery man and he said I would need to contact the sender because it had been over 7 days!
The chat bot on their app kept ending the chat ok me before reaching a conclusion their Instagram didn’t respond and their email bounced back to me.
When I finally got a response from them through email they admitted it was lost apologised and then that was it I got no response after this I’m now on day 22 no refund and no product and no communication utterly appalling I would never use them ever again

Terrible customer service. Impossible to speak anyone, they don’t have a live chat service or phone line, you can only contact them via email. Takes a week to get a response and when they do reply they don’t address your query. I had to send my query 4 times before I finally started to get somewhere and when they did reply they told me they can’t help with my faulty item. I gave up in the end. Avoid!!
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Avoid this shambles of a company. Returned my goods worth £72 back in November, received no acknowledgement of return or no refund. Tried to contact customer service several times but it doesn't really exist, can't talk to a real person. Even raised a complaint with paypal to no avail. Limited questions/answers you can give to the bot then just closes down , with no results. Will never use again and will certainly be telling people to avoid.

2-3 days delivery is a lie.
It has been weeks since I placed my order. Zero communication. Eventually after many emails half my order was shipped (no communication that half had been cancelled and who wants half a tracksuit) the cancellation was not communicated and just dropped from my order (but happily keeping hold of the money) these items aren't cheep and it was a gift. Naturally I was frustrated and upset with the entire experience and the customer service were actually pretty rude about the whole thing. The quality of the items is no better than other brands of similar price point however the service is abysmal. A company that from reading other reviews and based on my own experience have many "system errors" surprising these haven't been delt with considering these are the cause of so many poor reviews.
Avoid this company, save your money. I will go back to Blakeley who have never been an issue and much better quality items and actually stick to delivery time frames.

Unacceptable!!! My parcel has gone missing and I've been ignored for over a week now. This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with!!!
Customer service stop responding !
I actually do really like the gym wear great colours and styles but I have had issues with leggings splitting, and damaged after a use or 2 which does not reflect the price !! Not worth the risk buying from though ! I bought some leggings using a gift card (from returning a previous faulty item I accepted a credit note over the money into my bank as was happy to buy new). Returned my new leggings as the size was incorrect which was accepted. But only received a refund for 1/4 of the price of the leggings !!!!! Have said I am happy to have a store credit which they have said I am not entitled too as the leggings were heavily discounted (purchased with store credit is a payment method not a discount). So they now have my money AND leggings. Similar to other reviews I have emailed and contacted multiple times explaining my statutory rights etc to which they then just stop responding full stop !
The absolute worst customer service and taking people’s money and items is not on ! Would never risk buying from there again. Other original popular gym brands have 10/10 customer service I would go to them in a heart beat than risk having my money and items essentially stolen off me again !!!! So shop with caution !!! As if you have ANY issues it will be a problem ! Whether it’s a fault or not. And as it’s all via a chat system with no number etc you just get your complaints and emails ignored a battle you cant win. Seeing so many similar issues is very worrying too

Terrible customer service. The items are good quality (sizing is a bit off on the shorts) but the worst part is they dont have a customer service team at all. Just chat bot on the website which doesnt help at all. I am trying to return some items and I cannot. I am receiving an error and according to the chat bot some customers are getting errors when trying to return items and they're resolving this asap....apparently. But I have been unable to return my items for a whole week now, so it doesnt look like they're looking into it. I will never use AYBL again....what a terrible experience. I have advised all my gym friends to not use them either. Customer service is the most important thing when it comes to an online brand, but AYBL clearly don't agree and im sure they'll lose a lot of customers.

Don’t buy from this company. A pair of leggings ripped after 6 weeks and they refused to refund and just stopped replying to emails all together. And in the past I had a parcel go missing - it was delivered to the wrong house and again they refused to refund or replace or even reply to my messages.

The Website looks professional and legitimate however, I purchased goods and agreed payment of £39.38 at checkout. I was then presented with a purchase complete sum of $63.36 which translated to £58.35 charged to my credit card. Despite leaving several messages there has been no response or communication and I did not receive any goods. I have since found out this is a Chinese website with no trace to the owner. If I could give '0' stars I would.
