Unprofessional and Discriminatory experience with Axis Group Luxembourg.
Initial contact promised 3 month mission with a high salary but while discussing with the second contact the offer was deastically changed , when I was about to confirm. Received inappropriate comments regarding my age;.

Processus de recrutement consternant et incroyablement amateur (Axis Luxembourg)

Premier entretien en visioconférence : je me connecte à l’heure, personne ne se présente. Dix minutes d’attente dans le vide, un email laissé sans réponse, puis un appel au cabinet où l’on m’apprend que la personne ayant organisé le rendez-vous, Olivia Lajoie, est… en congé.
Déjà un sérieux manque de professionnalisme.

Je suis ensuite rappelé pour évoquer un « problème technique » avec leur outil. Entretien reprogrammé au lendemain.

Le lendemain, bis repetita : sa collègue Anne-Sophie Comazzi me laisse un message vocal affirmant que « le problème technique semble persister » et me demande de la rappeler pour effectuer l'entretien par téléphone. Je rappelle mais elle n'est plus disponible.

Le jour suivant, retour d’Olivia Lajoie : elle m’explique d’abord qu’ils « doutent » que je me sois réellement connecté lors de l'entretien, avant de changer à nouveau de version et de m’annoncer que le poste est finalement pourvu.

Plusieurs jours perdus, aucune organisation, aucune cohérence, et un discours constamment contradictoire.
Le niveau d’amateurisme est difficile à croire pour un cabinet censé conseiller des entreprises sur leurs recrutements.

À ce stade, deux possibilités :
– soit le poste était déjà pourvu ;
– soit l’annonce relevait du pur affichage.

Dans tous les cas, je plains sincèrement les entreprises qui leur confient leurs recrutements, et je n’hésiterai pas à partager largement cette expérience dans mon réseau professionnel. Leur sérieux laisse franchement à désirer.

J’ai eu la chance d’être bien dirigé par Émilie Robitaille je la recommande fortement c’est la meuilleur dans le domaine très accueillante et professionnelle elle donne toujours sont 110% ! 👌😊
