Australia Rakhi... I have been sending rakhis thru other websites and my experience has not been so good..I used last year and the delivery was done very quickly.

Awesomeji is not only unprofessional company but also thief. We ordered 12 rakhi's with Silver Coin, the Rakhi's were delivered but coin was missing. After filing a comment we only got a response that they can't do anything about it. This is completely unprofessional and they should be shut down immediately. I am surprised to see them getting away with ths practice. I am only giving one start because it doesn't have place to give minus star.

One of the most unprofessional Companies i have ever came across. My order till date is already 3 days old and still undelivered when i asked , i recieved a reply saying its because there is no connecting flights . Come on , we know how good India is with flights . so don't give me that . Second this just no communication . I had to call them up after waiting for 3 days after my due date was past. There website asks straight for the payment after the desired date . Now As per there website this should be displayed to the consumer that the order will be effected by Warehouse- courier company - 3 tier - flight connection and the order should not be finalized asking payment if all these things effect . Or SHOULD NOT ASK DESIRED DATE .

STAY AWAY FOR THIS WEBSITE , I DID A BIG MISTAKE STILL WAITING FOR A DELIVERY LATE BY 3 DAYS ALREADY.

Our experience with this online portal was horrible. We placed an order for Rakhi and sweet on 16th of July. We set the delivery date as 8th of August (two days before the rakhi). The money was deducted from our account on 17th of July but the order is still in the processed state and not delivered yet.

From 8th August to 10th August noon, we continuously tried to call on the customer care numbers they have shared. To our surprise, one number is switched off and another one rang but no one responded. We called at least 20 times. I also sent an email to their customer care but yet not received any response. The order is still in the processed state, never delivered and most of all we don't know about further step as there is no customer care service available.

Here in our case the amount is not big (around 320 rs) so there is no significant financial loss, however, the rakhi couldn't reach to my brother.

I will strongly recommend people to not to use this portal for any kind of online shopping and be aware of any such cheap service. We are feeling cheated. Please never ever use this portal because as per my experience this is totally wastage of money and moreover it is no way trustworthy as there is no one who can respond to the emails/phone calls.

So, once the order is placed it is upto your luck and their wish whether they will deliver it or not. Moreover if your order is bigger in terms of money, in that case it is not at all in the safe and reliable hands...descrition is yours.

I have used awesomeji on many occasions to send gifts. My feelings:

Pros:
They do deliver what they promise
Once, the product I ordered was out of stock, so they gave me other options that I could choose from
Customer care is polite and prompt in replying to emails
Variety of gifts to choose from is quite good
Delivery times are pretty decent. I generally get my orders delivered within 4 days of ordering

Cons:
Once I ordered a gift to be delivered to me and it was not gift wrapped… there is no option to get it gift wrapped.

The site was suggested to me by a friend but was not sure if they were good here is my experience:
a. Day 1 – placed the order for a cake to be delivered in delhi
b. Day 2 – was informed that the order has been processed and shipped
c. D Day – order was delivered – no confusion and no mistakes
Verdict: they are pretty reliable… I’d give them 4/5

Placed an order with awesomeji for a perfume… I’ve never heard of these guys so was a little skeptical about them being genuine so I called up the customer care. The customer care guys were polite and quick to settle my uneasiness about using their services. It took them about 3 days to get my perfume to me but it reached me and the perfume was undamaged.
