So we wanted to do a patch for our baseball caps at work. They were quick and easy to work with and the patch came out exactly what we wanted. Would gladly order from them again.

I've been working with this company for almost a month on designing a custom patch. They don't seem to read their customer's emails on what they want. Also they are lazy when it comes to art design. It's like working with a bunch of toddlers having to explain yourself over and over. It's very sad that they charge a nonrefundable designer fee but can't follow simple directions like what color you want.

Everything about the service from the communication, packaging and the final product have been outstanding. The model is so accurate, I love it

The Aviator Gear team are wonderful to work with, especially April. They pulled no punches letting me know the baseline timeline of the sample completion as well as the final product delivery, which is important in my opinion because I wouldn’t want to expect something early and then have it delay. In my case, final product delivery actually delivered a couple weeks earlier than baseline and I’m ecstatic. Much appreciated AG team! I’ll post the final product in my follow up review.

They make quality products, the embroidery is well defined and detailed. The coins are some of the nicest I've seen.

I've used Aviator Gear twice for personal aircraft models and several times for work. They do a great job with all of their models. The attention to detail is outstanding on their models. I've had a fewade by other companies and it doesn't even come close to the quality you can get from Aviator Gear. There is a reason why the world's air forces use them for their models and patches.

The designers were super easy to work with and made great recommendations. Patches were shipped quickly and the final product was spot on. Overall good experience!
