Unfortunately it took over 1 month for the item purchased to be delivered and I had to chase them several times for answers on where the product was. Thankfully they were quite quick to respond back to me however the 3-5 business days stated when I purchased the items were way off.

Evri have managed (not for the first time) to delay the delivery. 6 days into a "2-3 day" delivery, 48 hours after receiving an email telling me that these things are usually resolved within 24hrs.
