I place am order for cleaning kit including buckets mop handles mop dustpan green kit,( 1) they send green buckets and blue dustpan (2) the order is not complete item or missing (3) the mop heads or poor quality

Item arrived on time as advised , good price and good service .

I purchased a new black cover for my numatic henry as the previous one was covered in scratches and since i wanted to sell my henry i thought i would purchase a new black cover which was easy to fit and now looks like a new machine ready for the new owner and would like to say thankyou to avern for being helpful and would purchase from them again

We purchased 2 of the Numatic 32mm Multi size hose’s as I was after a longer hose for reaching hard to reach areas like the ceiling. I assumed from the photo that the fitting for attaching the hose to the vacuum was locked together with the hose in the same way the original hose is. However, this isn’t the case and the screw fitting screws onto the hose by only a few turns. Subsequently on vacuuming, the tubing unwinds from the attachment and comes out, repeatedly! It also affects the seal. It’s infuriating. Purchasing this product coincided with the birth of my son so it was not my top priority and I was subsequently outside of the 1 month returns policy when I contacted Avern. They were prepared to offer me a replacement however on confirming I had the compatible vacuum it seemed pointless. It saddens me that on informing Avern (the manager) on a product that doesn’t work as expected and what I consider a misleading product image on their website, they were uninterested. Funnily enough there is no direct means of reviewing the products Avern sell.

Excellent service as always, great prices and delivery was very quick.
