Seen on time. Extremely clean environment. Pleasant clinician, fully explained what he needed to do and reassured me throughout the procedure. No complaints although I felt the cost was quite high. I would certainly recommend.

The team were very professional, and the service was great. They checked that I wasn't in pain and the after care instructions were very helpful. I'd recommend for mole removals.

I was very impressed with the Aventus Clinic in Hitchin. I chose this clinic based on previous recommendations such as this. The clinical staff (surgeon and nurses) were extremely conscientious, informing me throughout of what was involved with the procedure. The outcome was excellent. The administrative staff was kind, knowledgeable and very efficient. I strongly recommend Aventus to all.

Natasha was incredibly helpful and friendly. Even though we didn’t end up using the clinic’s services, she continued to offer advice and check in with us. Her compassion and support are a real credit to the company, and I would highly recommend them based on her care alone.

The level and speed of all communication was fantastic. All staff that I spoke to and interacted with were wonderful. They are so friendly and welcoming. My treatment was carried out very efficiently and effectively.

Flawless experience
Claire was brilliant at talking through the procedures and pros and cons of them. Really happy with the results. One thing this clinic does particularly well is to explain any aftercare instructions and also provide detailed written guidance on what to expect (as well as following up via email). Really thorough. Highly recommend this clinic.

I had a lipoma removed from my forehead from Dr Zachariah on Saturday 12th July.

I don't recall the lady's name working with him but she also put me at ease and the whole experience was very. I really felt that they knew what they were doing from the outset.

It's also healing great. One month in and the scar is very minor already. I'm over the moon, thank you guys! I'll send you guys some pictures soon.

P.S thank you to the reception staff as well. Very easy going and good humoured

I would highly recommend Claire an NHS trained Dermatologist at Aventus in Hitchin, for any skin issues. This company are also based in Harley Street and practice a highly professional and comprehensive service. All the staff are lovely and it's like home from home.
I've had two courses of RF treatment and surgical removal of Seb Keratosis which I have to say, has been a lifesaver as I didn't know how to go on with zero quality of life.
Now after two session the pain has stopped, the skin is healing great.
I decided to search for local help after I was unable to get a consultation with the NHS in a timely fashion. It was such a relief that I only had to go to Hitchin and that the staff were all chatting me.
There is zero hard sell at Aventus. Unlike other practices where staff are pushing other treatment onto you. Very open and understanding, the best ever!!

I recently had a cyst removal procedure at the Hitchin clinic.
I’m not the bravest person with anything medical, but the doctor and nurse put me at ease and the procedure was over very quickly and pain free.
I was very impressed with how efficient and friendly all the staff are, I would definitely recommend the clinic .

My husband had a cyst removed on 12/7/25 I was in the room while this happened I was very impressed with the the doctor and his assistant they both was asking if my husband was ok also asking myself...

Went in to the clinic to have two cysts removed.
Was really put at ease through the whole procedure .
Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Following the
procedure everything has healed well and we are extremely with the service we received.

Claire put my mind at ease the moment I met her. Mole removed easily and aftercare explained fully. Receptionists super helpful all through the enquiry, booking and appointment process. Excellent aftercare when I had a couple of questions.

Really friendly and helpful from day one. I was informed of all my options re: payment and appointment booked. It was really easy to sort out 0% interest payment plan and short term too. On the day of the procedure itself I was told what to expect and my cyst was removed and I was stitched within half an hour. It was nearly 2 weeks ago now and scar looks amazing. The nurse at my GP surgery remarked how neat it was when she removed my stitches. Very happy! I would definitely recommend.

The removal of a very large ganglion has been so easy, I wish I had done this sooner, Dr Mahmood and all the girls completely put my mind at rest. No pain recovering very well - I would definitely recommend Aventus and I will be using them laser hair removal in the next month- very happy with service so far :)

I couldn't face a long wait for cyst removal on the nhs so contacted Aventus to find out how much it would cost to go to them instead. It was just under £300, which was much less than I feared. The people were lovely and the doctor couldn't have been better. I'd wholeheartedly recommend them.
