Great experience at the Aventus clinic - a friendly yet professional welcome by the reception staff, the clinic clearly has a high standard of cleanliness. The surgeon ensured that I understood what the procedure entailed, and regularly asked how I was doing. Aftercare was clearly explained too.
I wouldn't hesitate recommending the clinic to anybody who asks.

From my initial contact with Aventus Clinic to the day of my procedure and beyond I have been very pleased with the treatment I have received. All the staff are friendly and informative and Claire was very approachable and offered pre-procedure advice and post treatment advice as well. The clinic itself is bright and airy and clean. There is plenty of written instructions as to what to expect and what to do post-treatment. Two weeks on, I am very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend this clinic.

My time at the Aventus clinic in Hitchin ,was brilliant. Helpful staff. and the surgeon who did my minor op . was amazing , ,He put me at my ease ,and made sure I didn't feel any pain I recovered really quickly with no infection. ,and it has healed well I would thoroughly recommend this clinic ,I am very satisfied with the results .

I went to the clinic for the removal of a cyst. From my initial enquiry through to completion of the procedure I was treated with courtesy and given full information of the process. The clinic I attended in Hitchin could not be in an easier location to find and next to a large car park which makes the process much easier. Overall an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to recommend

This is the second time I have used Aventus. The first was five years ago to have a cyst removed from my head and the second was last week to have a small cyst removed from my shoulder. Both times the service has been exceptional. The procedure was explained beforehand. I felt no pain at all. The incision was very neat and is healing nicely. Would definitely recommend for any procedures that you need to have accessed.

Excellent experience throughout. Everything was communicated clearly from the start, including costs and aftercare, which made the whole process stress-free. During the appointment they were also happy to address several extra skin issues I hadn’t booked in beforehand. Recovery has now fully completed with no complications and very little scarring. Extremely pleased with the outcome.

They will give you a no-nonsense, honest review of your current situation and then lay out exactly what needs to be done in order to achieve your goal. We're talking everything from the treatment itself to medication and aftercare. The procedure itself isn't the most pleasant thing you'll ever experience, but that goes without saying. I would describe it as "uncomfortable" rather than painful - particularly the first half where the grafts are removed. The environment is very relaxing though and you'll be able to lie back and stick Netflix on for the afternoon session. The staff will be so reassuring and supportive too, which makes things much easier. And of course the most important thing is the outcome, which is absolutely fantastic. I couldn't be happier with the transformation. A genuine 10/10 service.

I had a great experience with Aventus. I contacted them through the enquiry form on Thursday, received a call the following day, and was booked in for Saturday morning, which was incredibly quick and convenient.
Dr Khalid Mahmood removed a Dermatofibroma from my arm. He was very professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything in detail, including during the removal procedure itself.

The consultation and removal were all completed within 45 minutes, which was excellent. Maddie (hopefully I’ve remembered her name correctly) the nursing assistant, was also absolutely lovely. She spoke to me throughout the procedure and constantly made sure I was okay and comfortable.

Overall, I had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend Aventus to anyone looking for professional and caring treatment.

Parking outside the door was surprisingly easy and could not pay as machine broken. (Probably fixed by now)
