Hired a Tiguan from them at Dalaman airport. All went very smoothly very efficient service, nice car, almost new. We had booked online through an agent at a reasonable price for the type of car.
When we got home after our holiday and checked credit card statement, we had been charged over £200 more than our quote. We immediately contacted Avec by email to point out the error. Fortunately they responded speedily and rectified the error & refunded the payment in question to the credit card.

Kindersitz bestellt, bestätigt aber vor Ort gab es keinen, musst 100km entfernt selber ein Sitz kaufen. Das ist mal ein Start in den Urlaub gewesen. Viel Spaß mit dem Verein

Çok cidliyetsiz bir Şirket. Ben asla bir daha bu şirketten araç kiralamam.

Betrügen wo es nur geht!!
Zusätzliche unnötige Versicherungen werden vor Ort maßgeblich gezwungen und Rechnungen unbedingt überprüfen.
Obwohl alles vor Ort bezahlt war, erhalten wir Tage später eine Nachzahlung, vom Service, die nicht angeboten wurde.
Zurück in Deutschland hat man keine Rückmeldung mehr

Sehr unprofessionell. Bei der Abholung kein Personal vor Ort, lange Wartezeit.. Das Auto kam verdreckt, nicht mal gesaugt, desinfiziert! Mitten in der Nacht stehen gelassen!
Es gibt weder eine Quittung über die Zahlung noch über die Erstattung.
Ich rufe vip cars DE an, diese versuchen in englisch mit mir zur reden! Bei Avec geht sowieso keiner dran! Ich werde noch auf
Schadensersatz anklagen müssen..

We travelled to Antalya Airport with family. We had a very bad experience with Avec Car Rentals in Antalya. On arrival at Antalya airport they had no on site airport counter, I called the Avec car rental 3-4 times and then finally a lady picked up the phone and asked us to go out of the airport and stand and wait for someone to come and pick us up. We waited outside with our family of 4 for about 1 hour on a very hot day and then after few more phone calls finally a car came and took us to Avec car rental office which is in a 'storage container'. The staff were very rude and least bothered, they had no courtesy and did not offer or ask my family to come inside the office or offer some water as it was a very hot day indeed. Instead they started collecting my card details driving license and passport and starting charging my credit card for deposit/extra charges etc. Then another staff member brought the rental car which was not what we booked and was not even of similar specks what we booked online. The car was too small and could not fit our luggage- hence the reason I booked SUV. I even asked the Avec car rental staff to provide me with an alternative car or bigger car and even offered to pay extra as we were already very tired, which they refused and they said they don't have any other SUV and also refused to provide satellite navigation which we pre-booked at the time of booking. The staff very rudely said that it is not their problem and to either take the car which they provided or cancel. We finally cancelled the booking and had to go back again to Antalya airport and spent 2 hours to find car rental.

So in short a very bad experience with Avec rental and my suggestion is not to use this Avec car rental company as they are highly unprofessional.

Wir haben eine Wagen am Flughafen Sabiha Gökcen in Istanbul gemietet über das Wochenende und es war von Anfang an eine Katastrophe! Der Flughafenschlater war nicht besetzt. Unter der dort hinterlegten Telefonnummer war niemand zu erreichen. Daher sind wir dem Hinweis nachgegangen, dass wir uns in die Tiefgarage begeben sollen. Dort waren mindestens 6 Mitarbeiter anwesend. Warum keiner von diesen Mitarbeitern am Flughafenschalter stand ist mir schleierhaft. Die Schalter von den anderen Firmen waren auch belegt….Angekommen haben wir uns ausgewiesen und wollten die Zahlung durchführen. Erst wurde uns gesagt, dass die Zahlung nicht abgebucht wurde, danach hat es doch funktioniert. Als ich später auf mein Konto schaute fiel mir auf das der Betrag doppelt belastet wurde. Da unser Mietwagen in Benutzung war, war dieser nicht in der Tiefgarage sondern an einem Parkplatz da er gereinigt etc. wird. Also wurden wir von einem Mitarbeiter dort hin gefahren. Ausgemacht war natürlich die Übergabe am Flughafen! 15 Minuten später am
Parkplatz angekommen (fairerweise lag das auch am Verkehr), musste ich erneut schmunzeln. Das Auto war noch schmutzig! Nicht gestaubsaugt, nicht desinfiziert, gar nichts wurde gemacht und das obwohl 2 Mitarbeiter von AVEC dort standen. Da wir es sehr eilig hatten mussten wir auch sofort los. Nochmal eine halbe Stunde zu warten bis das Auto gereinigt wird hatten wir einfach nicht mehr. Zum Auto: der Wagen war wirklich in keinem guten Zustand aber es war noch an der Grenze. Zusammengefasst würde ich bei AVEC speziell in Istanbul nicht noch einmal buchen. In Izmir hatte bisher (3x Buchungen) immer alles gepasst. Die Kollegen könnten sich dort gerne etwas anschauen.

Had rental of VW Caravelle all arranged at Dalaman airport , got there at agreed time , no VW , nobody on telephone of help , waited for hour and half before getting a taxi to destination ( hour and half away ) and arranged a car rental locally with a different company . Never will use Avec in future , appalling lack of service at every level

Service rapide et efficace j'avais demande une Audi A4 elle était non disponible et il finalement eu une VW arteon juste magnifique. De plus quand j'ai rendu les clé le service très sympa et efficace

ich kann den gesamten Ablauf nur loben!
Von der Abholung bzw. Anmietung am Flughafen bis zur Rückgabe war alles reibungslos.
Ich habe schon etliche Autos weltweit gemietet aber die Art und Weise wie herzlich ich in Edremit begrüßt und behandelt wurde war einmalig.
Auch das Auto war Klasse. Ein neuer Golf 7 Automatik. Über einen Golf muss ja bekanntlich nicht viel sagen, einfach ein sicheres und schönes Auto!

Das Personal hat mir bzw. uns auch geholfen das Gepäck im Auto zu verstauen. Den Kindersitz den wir bestellt hatten, war bereits vorbereitet im Auto. Nur die Anbringung des Sitzes mussten wir selbst vornehmen, da dies Versicherungstechnisch nur von den Eltern gemacht werden darf.

Die Rückgabe war auch unkompliziert und wurde mit einer 3 minütigen Kontrolle und einer Unterschrift vollzogen.

Insgesamt ein Mietvorgang wie man ihn sich wünscht.

Very quick services, cars as described and expected Audi A6 and Skoda Kodiaq, very clean with complementary cold bottles of water and sweets into the cars, full fuel in pick up, no body disturbed us in the renting period, in the office they speak english very well, our cars were ready before we go for pick-up.

There's some negative points but it doesn't make any issue for us in the end.

I recommended cause when you book a car with them you received itself non a similar car as others.

AVEC CAR rental is complelty fraud, i booked my car for 500 USD, which they charged me 2x when i got to air port to get car with my family, asking for not only double car rent, they charged me for 400$ extra for car safety deposit, which was mentioned nowhere, and they charged it from my credit card.
I still did not got my Credit of depost security fee back and i called them and they are delaying for the deposit refund.
I will never recommend this fraud car rental to anyone else,
Becuase they will keep charging you without letting you know from your credit card.
Dont forget , AVEC CAR Rental is a big fraud.
