Spoken Simon about my fathers car about the brakes, VW said the front brakes was wearing down.
Simon done a quick check the fronts was fine it was the rear brakes which the pads was low.
He price he given me really affordable and recommended brand and check over the car as well.

Simon came out quickly and dealt with what is hopefully a minor issue, he was friendly, professional and nice to deal with.

Simon was excellent, I was in a difficult situation without anyone around to help me remove a locking wheel nut that had been damaged. He was very professional, had all the necessary equipment for the job. When we spoke on the phone initially he was able to identify the issue and give me a quote very quickly (which was a very fair price also). Came to do the difficult job with all the equipment, was even kind enough to fix the temporary replacement tyre also.

Simon was a very personable guy and made a very stressful situation manageable. Stuck in the office car park on Christmas Eve, Simon spent 3 hours diagnosing and fixing issues which RAC had missed and enabled me to get home to my family for Christmas, which initially seemed very unlikely.

Faced with a flat battery I googled the web sites and came across Autorepair’s which was friendly and explained their services in a clear and comprehensive manner. Simon responded immediately, he was a very presentable and capable person. He supplied and fitted a new battery at what I consider a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.
