Simon is excellent, so helpful and has gone above and beyond any expectations I’ve had. He first changed my wet belt back in May, and was able to fit me in the same week, called me straight away to arrange a day that suited us both and then also answered any questions I had regarding the work.

My car has had a few fault lights appear but Simon has been round every single time (within a week) to diagnose and do the work under warranty. It was a case of trial and error with my car, as it took a few times to properly diagnose the problem. Each time, he has answered quickly and is always 100% honest about the scope of works that I can expect, even when I asked about doing any prevantative repairs or replacements of parts, he declined and reassured me he was pretty sure of the issue - he was correct - and reassured me it was under warranty.

Simon is a tip top bloke,very knowledgeable. tells you what he's up to as he's checking over your and happy to explain anything you want to know. He also sticks to his word on when he can come check over your car. For something I thought was going to be pretty major, Simon reassured me that it wasn't and had the problem sorted in no time once he sourced the part, which was also not an issue! Great, reliable service and I will def be calling Simon when I have an issue my local garage just won't help with! (this time was faulty leaking sensor) coolant was then evaporating and engine overheating

Simon replaced a broken spring on my wife's Volvo V40. Excellent communications, excellent workmanship going the extra mile.

It put up quite a fight but everything was completed with some lateral thinking.

He is a really friendly person who is happy to explain what's going on if you are unsure or just interested. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for mobile services and will certainly recommend to anyone I know that needs some work doing.

They were able to fit me in the next day and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Even gave me advice on how to maintain and upkeep the other areas of the car as a girl who has no idea. Thanks so much
