Placed an order, just to have it cancelled days later due to their lack of inventory skills

Purchased a part (throttle body) that turned out to be faulty. I had to call and email multiple times over 2 weeks to even get a return order from Veronica C. Returned item 3 weeks ago still not seen my money back for the part (over 400 USD ) despite chasing multiple times. They also refuse to cover return postage and the cost of installation on faulty parts that they sell (another 200 USD or so) . Buyer Beware. Disgusting.

The part I received was in a beat-up and very sloppily taped old box that had prior shipping labels on it. The part inside (a motor with a delicate central shaft/spindle) was not supported in the box and obviously jostled around during transit as the interior walls in the box were gouged. I promptly contacted Autoplicity and asked for a return shipping label and full refund. Veronica (possibly a bot) apologized 10 times to me during 12 different emails but Veronica never honored my requests for a return label. Terrible experience.

Missing parts on a vintage air, air conditioner, very expensive. Called the company several times, getting the run around, waiting on the phone , you get cut off. When you get a live person they refer you to someone else who doesn't know what to do either, then they hang up on you. If you do business with this company you may not get what you ordered and they will do nothing to help you. The reps I talked to do not seae to understand English. I wish I had believed all the bad reviews. I don't think this company stocks anything, they take your order then order it from another supplier. Believe the negative reviews,

First off they sent me wheel that has been on the shelf and the wheel was sent chipped and not in the original box. They just stuck it in a box and mailed to me.
Second, after I had sent it back to them, it took a week and I called to see what was taking so long but did not get it into their system.
They state it takes 3 to 5 business days to get your refund and I have surpassed the 5 day by double. They are not a company I will ever do business again. 'Im still waiting for my refund

I bought a Corsa Catback exhaust for my 19 Ram 1500. It was well over 100 sometimes 200 dollars cheaper on Autoplicity than every other site BUT I saw their terrible reviews so needless to say I was skeptical. I read many of the terrible reviews and most were about stock of the item they were buying so I called and asked about their stock and was very blunt with customer advocate about the reviews. She said “she knew” about the reviews but really kind of left it at that. She stated she showed several of my item in a few different warehouses so I figured what the heck. 3 days later it showed up on my door step exactly what I ordered. It’s on the truck already and sounds excellent. I really thought this review was necessary because I don’t think enough people take the time to write one when things go great and in my case it couldn’t have gone better. My advice, call and talk to a CA first before ordering.

Buyer beware don’t do business with this company. Purchased a Coleman Mark 15 heat pump from Amazon from this company and they just delivered a 15 K air conditioner non-heat pump bottle but they refused to except it back because it’s considered hazardous material through FedEx. Got the unit installed come to find out it has a direct short to ground in the blower motor causing control board failure, this company nor Amazon have been willing to do anything for me as a consumer or customer. Unfortunately I purchased this product on my AmazonStoreCard, and there is nothing that they can do just downright awful buyer. Beware will never do business with this company again.

I placed an order for 4 wheels on March 17th totalling $605.59. They canceled 2 of the wheels and issued me a refund of $298.80 on March 20th. On March 24th I contacted them via phone to attempt to cancel the other 2 wheels as I can't use just 2 wheels. The customer service Rep said it was too late to cancel but assured me that I could return the wheels after they arrive and receive a full refund. I received the wheels and requested a return the next day. I called again on March 31 as I had gotten no response to the return request. The Rep "expedited the request" and assured me again that I would receive a full refund and not have to pay a restocking fee or return shipping. It was at this time we started communicating by email. April 4th the request was accepted and they confirmed via email that I would receive a full refund and paid return shipping. I've attached a screenshot of that. April 6th I received the shipping label and shipped the wheels back April 10th. April 18th I received a refund of $115.75. I emailed them that same day saying they still owed me money, they confirmed. That screenshot is attached. April 22 I received a refund of $7.99. I emailed them again saying that I'm still owed $183.05 and will be involving Paypal if this isn't resolved this week. April 26th I received the last of the refund!!!!! Hallelujah! 6 weeks and 4 separate incorrect refunds. NEVER AGAIN will I deal with this company!

This place sucks. Got part number from BMW. Asked if it correct number. Not close. Returns contrary to their claims on website are very difficult and looks like I am out $20 shipping when they goofed.
Customer service is a joke. Rude, hard to understand

Ordered 4 Monroe shocks then they send confusing email regarding time it may take to ship. Then I receive two large boxes from them. One box has a cheap piece of tail pipe in it no packing material or slip. The other also has an identical tail pipe piece in it with a packing slip from a 3 rd party vendor verifying 2 tail pipes sent . NO SHOCKS! Also, funny how I get a $16 item in place of a $129 dollar item. Tried customer service, no help. Told me to start a return but the return questions have no prompt for the wrong item just asks if you want to return the item you were supposed to get. Filed dispute with PayPal. Don't shop there!!!!!

Ordered a steering box for a 1978 bronco. They sent the wrong part. When I tried to deal with customer service they admitted that the mistake was their fault. They even still have the wrong part advertized on Amazon for sale. Instead of just sending me the correct part that I ordered I'm just getting the run around. Horrible customer service, will just try to justify the incompetence instead of fixing it. Save your time and money and order from somewhere else. I wish I had read their reviews before ordering from them

I ordered a part form my car and they sent me wrong part now they are charging me a restocking fee when it's their fault to begin with. I know alot of Mechanics and I will never give them a good review the restocking is 30-50% fee. Crock of poop if u ask me . Won't be a returning customer!

1) Rude customer service lady.
2) I mistakenly orders the wrong TPMS valves for $112.70.
3) I was told by Rude customer service lady that since it was my mistake I would have to process the return on their website, and I would have to pay shipping. Fair enough I thought.
4) Autoplicity sent the return FedEx label and cost for shipping would be deducted from my refund. Fair enough I thought.
5) The package was .30 lbs. and 5"x 5"small.
6) Got the refund $73.27!
7) $112.70 - $73.27 = $39.43 shipping charge!!
8) Autoplicity is a brutal ripoff! Customer service is Zilch! I admit I made a mistake by ordering the wrong part, I expected to pay a reasonable price for shipping but this is outrageous!
9) Lesson learned, I'LL NEVER ORDER FROM AUTOPLICITY AGAIN!

Sold me an item that didn't work as described, I doesn't way more time than the average person to try and make it work with no avail. And they told me the return time had expired. They suck, never bet anything from them.

Bought 2 new hubs for my boat trailer total was $270 realized as soon as they arrived that they were too small. Never opened the packages and even returned the items in the box they came in. Got the return label and noticed they only refunded my cc 70% of the purchase price. Said they assess a 30% restocking fee. I never recommend buying anything from this website.

Purchased a bull bar for my car. The Autoplicity Co. Told me it takes two days to ship the item. Then they told me it takes two months to get it. I canceled the order and I can't get my money back. They told me that the order was canceled that's not true. I called the PayPal and told them what's going on. PayPal opened dispute on that company. I don't recommend to buy anything from Autoplicity.

I returned an incorrect part, I was promised a return shipping but was not. It was returned by USPS for $25.70. I was supposed to have been sent a prepaid label, was not. They refuse to refund the promised shipping.

I canceled the order before they sent it out, but they sent the item out anyway. They made me pay to ship the item back, my dime. Then once they received the item back unopened they charged me a 1/3 of the total price to restock the item. WhT a total rip off.

I had read a bunch of bad reviews about this company but my experience they were great are ordered. They shipped it in a very timely manner. I received it early have no problems at all would highly recommend it. By the way I ordered a boat prop I have no complaints they get a A+.. by the way, my name is Wayne young and I approve this message

Worst company I have ever worked with. I ordered an exhaust in mid-February (February 21 to be exact) and was told it would be delivered by April 23. May begins and I have heard nothing from the company so I called and they said it would be delivered at the end of May. No big deal, things happen. May comes and goes, and then June, and then July and so on and now it's September and they just keep pushing back the shipment date. They never contacted me to tell me what was going on. I had to call each time and was transferred through multiple people before they would tell me my exhaust was delayed another few months. I called 4 different times to cancel my order since it was past the cancellation window so I couldn't do it online and all 4 times they told me it was cancelled, but it never was. I will never order through this website or deal with these people again. Now, I'm just hoping they'll finally cancel my order after a month of trying to get my money back.
