I have to agree with everyone else. Terrible customer service, terrible fulfillment. Thank goodness I bought through Amazon, because they refund me very easily. The product was mislabeled, and got lost in FedEx somehow. They have exceptions stating the label was unreadable, and even after noticing it very early, a week later, I still have no product. I've got the refund, but I really needed that part. Save yourselves some disappointments and RUN away from this company.

There website is misleading and is false advertising. I ordered 6 pair of saftey glasses 10X so I should have received 60 pair. I only received 10 when my order arrived. When I called customer service he would not send me my missing 50 pair and stated that I was only to receive 1 pair for that price even though the website clearly says and has a picture of 6 pair for $12.80. He acknowledged that the website is misleading and needs to be fixed but refused to honor my purchase. I told him I will be returning the items and I will never do business with Autoplicity again and I would not recommend anyone else to either. Poor customer service.

The company advertised a box of ten on their website, but only individual units (not the advertised 10 pack). When I addressed this with customer service they couldn't resolve the issue so I had to dispute it with PayPal. Even after bringing this to their attention several times, the company has not updated their listing. Stay away, they are a dishonest company.

Terrible experience they tried to short me on product and once I complained and wanted a refund they sent me more in order to not refund me. after trying to cancel.

Stay away from this company. Website showed stock level of 2, ordered the item and stock level was reduced to 1. Next day order was cancelled with no reason provided. I suspected they didn’t like the fact that I used a coupon to reduce the price by 25%. Called customer service and was told web site was wrong and item is out of stock. Asked when it would be back in stock and customer service said they didn’t have that info and I should go to chat site and they could give me an answer. Chat person said they had 2 in stock and couldn’t provide any other information. BTW this company also sells on ebay and their listing shows they have it in stock. Bottom line I would rate this company as a ZERO out of 5 stars if this system didn't limit me to giving it a 1 star.

The projections of delivery dates are just wrong. They are not updated until they are late. The new dates are typically days or weeks later.
Tracking information is effectively useless and not coordinated with their own information (due by 8:00pm, not yet shipped).
Links to customer service just go to a Windows spiral that locks up the application.

Amazon; you should do better

Easy purchase through Amazon & Horrible Order Fulfillment and Customer Service from Autoplicity.

Expensive shift cable kit for a boat duplicated some parts while missing others. Have to ship back and be received by company to get refund...expected refund 30 days out. Least customer friendly Amazon refund process ever.
Update: the picture of the lower unit shift cable kit included the bellows and rings, however, Autoplicity attributed this to a "LISTING ERROR" so they sent me a $10 discount if I paid more and bought the parts pictured in the kit that I already bought and paid for that were not included, or I could return the kit if I paid return shipping....Talk about "How to lose a customer forever", well, they did it. Life is too short to deal with companies that do not value their customers.

Run, don't walk away from this company.

ordered struts from them 3/20 and on 4/8 was given return labels because the struts looked used and were damaged in the box. They said on 4/16 they refunded me but never have. calling them did not help and they seem dishonest and will not refund me.
They cannot be trusted at this point and have 270.00 of my money. I am so bummed

Terrible, terrible, terrible: Order placed, email received on backorder for 4 months, order shipped, email received on backorder for 2 months, called and chatted, order on it's way, cancelled order, email received on backorder, called and canceled order AGAIN, email on received on backorder once again. Will need to dispute my credit card charge to get my refund. DO NOT ORDER ANYTNHING FROM AUTOPLICITY!!

Worst experience with a company of this size EVER. Customer service ignores questions, they ship the wrong items and refuse to send the correct parts offering only a refund. Don't believe me? Check their other reviews and buy elsewhere.

paid for and was charged for over night shipping, part never showed up and they said it would take a few days. place is a complete scam and crooks

I would give 0 stars if possible.
I ordered and paid for parts on 3/25/23. Those parts were allegedly on "backorder" for nearly 9 months. At which point the order was canceled and going to be refunded per an email I received numerous times. I have had to contact them on (6) separate occasions over 3 months and still haven't received a single response from anyone that can correct the situation. As it turns out, the parts I ordered are still available and in-stock at the manufacturer and not on "backorder" as they state. I have requested a check to be mailed, or for them to source the parts and drop ship them directly from the manufacturer. Still no response. I will update this when a resolution is eventually reached, but I'm not holding my breath.

Update: Turns out blasting them with a negative review is how to get their attention. After 3 months of hounding them to get my refund, this negative review finally got their attention.

BUYER BEWARE, their poor business practices and passing blame to a non-responsive department that cannot be contacted directly, I highly recommend that you save yourself the headache and take your hard earned money elsewhere.

I ordered a control arm for my C1500 and a very old part showed up in a plain white box that had dust older than myself. This was all through Amazon and while they say they will honor a return, it is going to cost more for shipping, ground mode, than the part cost. I'm better off just buying a new part locally. This is a very poorly rated business. Never again.

Stay away from this company! I was unlucky enough to order from this company because they're prices were too good to be true. Phone support refused to help. Every email with them is followed up with another step that they did not previously tell you would be necessary. It goes on and on and on. They intentionally changed the shipping address to one that doesn't exist! This company is intentionally deceitful and needs to be investigated by the attorney general of whichever state they operate out of.

Sent me tire with nail in wall and won’t reimburse. I will be sending them a letter from my lawyer next as I’m outraged by a company blatantly trying to deceive a customer and denying all knowledge.

I ordered a wheel from them that I needed rather quickly for the weekend (4 days).
I had a hard time finding one available and am happy they had one available and that the correct part was sent.

What I’m unhappy about is that I paid extra for 2 day shipping, and that the wheel arrived in 7 days. 5 business days.

That screwed up my weekend plans, and I didn’t know until it was too late to find another option.
When I asked for a refund of the 2 day shipping they only refunded me half saying it was the difference in cost.
Regular shipping was free.

I would have given a review of 0, but it wasn’t an option. I paid $29.30 for an order to be shipped and delivered in 2 days. It was over 3 weeks before I received my order. And that’s only because I had to call and bug them. My order wasn’t delivered until after Christmas. I was told I would receive a refund on the shipping, but I haven’t seen it yet. When I called (again) to inquire about it, I was told that they would get back to me. I was told there was a mistake on the website concerning the shipping and I actually owe them $5.00! I was told they would get back with me on this issue, but honestly, I’m not holding my breath! DO NOT buy from these people unless you’re ok with getting cheated!

Placed order on Saturday, cancelled order a hour later online. Called to cancel order only open M thru F. They shipped order on Monday. Wanted me to pay return shipping and restock fee. I have ordered from them before with no problem. If you order from them make sure it's what you want because returning something is a hassle and customer service isn't home. Had to have Paypal resolve issue. Good luck

Didn't want to give it a One Star but had no other choice lower. Ordered a part, Total was 99.46 which included the $4.99 shipping fee. Didn't need it so I returned in the time frame they requested. Kept my documentation of when shipped and when received. Took a month to get a refund and they refunded $44.00. I called and they have a 30% Restocking fee. Then charged me their full fee of $19.70 to originally ship it. (Not the $4.99) And they charged me for a return label to ship which was never provided (I paid for my own shipping back). DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered tires from them in September. I got the correct tires but due to an accident went to return the tires and had a hassle of a time. They received the tires on October 18th to a warehouse. It’s November 29th and I’ve finally received my refund. I still got charged a 22% restocking fee. The fact this company is still in business blows my mind do not order from them.
