Everything was great except not all shipping charges were added at checkout. After paying $250 for freight shipping I was called later that day and told I needed to pay another $70 because I was having it shipped to a residential address. On the Checkout page they should have it where it asks you if this is a residential address, if so add $70. There are other shipping charges that can be added too that they should ask you about before you completely checkout.

Our website clearly states - estimated shipping for every Tuxedo product and any extra freight costs like a residence fee are stated on our shipping policy. We call the customer before processing an online order, for offloading and if we need to collect more freight and or other fees. We try to provide the least expensive freight costs and that is why we do it this way because we can not assume every online order will be a residential delivery. In the future if you would like to order from us and get all the costs up front please give us a call and a sales representative will be more than happy to help you.
